Just moved to the area, been here 3 times out of convenience and they messed up my order each time. They forgot items I paid for. They didn’t put beans in my tacos. I said no meat, add beans. When I got home it only had lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream in both tacos. The dragonfruit refresher tasted like water and they forgot my chalupa again for the 3rd time! I even asked them if they gave me everything. I’m done with this location!!

Been visiting this location multiple times in the last few months. Last night we experienced the most kind employee. Was very friendly and accommodating. All of our food was made correctly and warm. They even included an extra item for us. Haven’t had an issues with my food or orders from the last few months that we have ordered.

Closes early…. What’s the point of having hours online if they aren’t even working those hours. Tried to order online, said “please order from a different location, currently not taking orders.” It’s was like 11:30 Hope they get their act together.

We were really looking forward to trying the new Taco Bell in Yorkville, but our experience was very disappointing. We ordered 13 items — tacos, chalupas, gorditas, and a quesadilla — and almost everything was cold or stale. Two tacos were forgotten at the counter, the meat was cold, and the chalupa shells tasted old. We spent $78 and expected much better from a brand-new location. Hopefully management reaches out to make this right, because we’d love to give it another chance.

They really struggle to make it a personable experience with these goofy kiosks now. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes or so while they just low-key stared at me excepting me to just order at the kiosk. I HATE THE KIOSKS THEY SUCK and kinda make people lazy in the workplace.

I’ve been to this location before but typically go through the drive thru however today my husband and I went inside and ordered. We were immediately greeted by staff to take our order and our food came out fairly quick and was good.
This establishment is it needs an overall rehab. There’s mold on the ceiling right behind where the cashier stands, water is dripping from the ceiling and the place needs an overall deep cleaning.

I will have to agree with people commenting that if a 0 was available, they would choose that as a rating. I don’t know how many I complained about their service but this is the last draw! I spent $26 on lunch when the guy handed me all the items in 1 bag which was overflowing. Needless so say, when I got home, the bottom of the bag busted thru due to condensation. All the good was completely soggy including the chalupas again were BEEF NOT CHICKEN WHICH IS THE COMBO!!! This will be the LAST TIME our family goes there since we always have issues here and I will be calling corporate about this location!

Would rate a zero if I could. Needs a complete interior re-do and needs cleaning. Big spider webs in windows and none of the tables were cleaned. Employees wearing gloves touching hair, phones, and money then proceeded to handle food afterwards. Just wanted to get the bbq sauce I ordered and everyone hid from me for over 5 minutes while I stood at the counter. Horrible experience. Food was burnt and old. Only good thing was the soda

This has to be the absolute worst location! I usually drive way out my way just to avoid this location. Every few months I think will it still can’t be that bad and I try to order at this location again with the same results. No matter the time of the day The food I get always looks extremely old and there is next to no meat on it. It’s an absolute waste of money to come to this location.
