Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience here.
This particular Taco Bell has been my go-to for the past six years that I’ve lived out here. Food and service has always been pretty good but tonight everything was exceptional.
I ordered a NachoBell Grande meal with an extra side of nacho cheese, a large Baja Blast and a few hot sauces. My nachos were wonderfully overflowing with toppings. The chips were crisp and toppings were fresh and hot. The taco that came with the meal was perfectly filled – not messy and not scant, just right. I love the generous handful of hot sauces given. Portions are perfect. The Baja Blast and extra side of nacho cheese are staples whenever I order anything.
The staff is efficient and quick. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up! Your night crew is amazing and crushing it.

Incompetent workers. Not paying attention. Lazy. Let alone, I ordered chips and cheese…where are the darn chips? They were so busy drinking their drinks and throwing the sauces and rushing me and trying to change what I asked for when I clearly can read and know what I am ordering rather than to get my order correct. Not the first time they leave food out the orders but charge me.

I would have given them more than 1 star had they managed to get all of my items, but they didn’t. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito, it looked like it was microwaved, spices were good though, was just very underwhelming and wrapped horribly. I was honestly expecting it to be unfolded. I also ordered a crunchwrap, and they left out the crunch! Last thing I ordered was a chicken cantina bowl for my dinner tonight at work, but given the accuracy so far I don’t really trust it. It was about 30$ for these 3 items, I’d put the value on the 2 items I had at about 5-6$ it was basically something you’d microwave from a gas station. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was expecting better than that.

3rd time they’ve given me a completely wrong order, on the 3rd time I called to ask for a swap out or comp as it’s excessive – same manager lady just kept repeating herself like an npc with an attitude like doing some quality customer service would hurt her.

Service was good went to dime in ordered of the kiosk which was surprisingly sticky, washed my hands, by the time I was back my order was ready, the people were nice however every table looks to have just been went over with a rag one time to make it look wet or leave streaks. There was still plenty of food garbage on the tables. Also the food portions in the food such as chicken and beef were very minimal, I frequently visit Taco Bell’s you could say it’s my favorite place to eat, but this one had a bad experience becuase of the cleanliness

Super long wait time even though I order on the app far in advance. I think my food was sitting out or something because I was vomiting it the following day, which is rare for me. The staff was nice and gave me a voucher even without me having to complain, but I probably won’t go to this location anymore
