this is the smallest burrito i’ve ever gotten from a taco bell. there’s barely any filling, every third bite do i actually get chicken. i didn’t pay $8 to eat a sour cream filled tortilla.

Food tastes good, what little you get. This location and the other one by Wendy’s(same owner I heard) short change the meat most of the time. Service usually good, depends who’s working. Stopped going to this location completely for myself. Pics do say it all. Their food don’t match the commercials. Was at the Joliet location and ordered food and then on the way home, bought same thing at this location for a friend back in Romeoville so it was fresh. Romeo had half the ingredients in meat. Go here(Romeo) if you are desperate, but double your order. Unless you love lettuce.

Live down the street and will probably never go to this location again. Got a crunch wrap and there was little to no meat on it. Can make these at home a lot better and probably cheaper. Sad. Basically a cheese and lettuce wrap. Yum!

set my delivery order for a taco bell .3mi further (south on Weber Rd.), as it is a straight drive from my home (fastest drive by far). My delivery order got processed from THIS WORST LOCATION in north america. It is all already stated by the 1star reviews. My 12 pack of soft beef tacos look like a captive killer whale top fin, if 90% is folded over: little beef and less cheese. Will never order from tb again, given they change to THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!

You can’t get anything better than this taco bell. It’s clean, has friendly employees and good service. The food is made with care and the employees are always ready to assist you. They have really good taste in music too.

Be careful when ordering from this establishment. I placed an order via the app but it never arrived. I contacted the store and they said it wasn’t their fault that I called DoorDash and the same thing happened. No one wanted to take responsibility. I only lost my money and was left hungry. Definitely never coming back to this establishment ever again.

Tonight was my first time at this newer location. I picked up my mobile order and then placed an additional order for an extra item while I was there. I got 5 items for me and my friends ~ and 5 respective sides of nacho cheese. (1 side per item)
so as I’m getting my extra item from the front counter worker – tell me why the other worker in the back thought it was cute or funny to comment on my order… “did you also let them know they ordered 5 SIDES OF CHEESE?”
Next time please just say “here’s your order, ew” 🙂
And then..! they barely even filled them anyways. Like, they pretty much split the portion of 1 amongst 5 separate containers. Each is $1… I’ll add a pic for reference. You tell me if this container is worth $1. Lololol
Also also they didn’t mark the difference between the baja blast zero and the regular.
Crunch wrap still bomb though
