Totally disappointed! First time in there since the new look and the last. When I walked in there was a customer already there who had already ordered. There was like four or five staff members in back and could see me waiting but would not come up to the counter to take my order. I finally asked if someone can take my order. I ordered ten crunchy tacos and three nachos bel grande. Slow, slow service, took for-evvvvvvvver! Meanwhile the other customer was STILL waiting. I finally get my order and I always check the bags before I go because something’s always messed up.Two bel grande’s were missing. The one employee asked what was wrong and I tell her I’m missing two bel grande’s. They were all looking like deer in headlights. The other customer…….. was STILL waiting. He was so upset he said he couldn’t believe I was leaving before him. Nachos bel grande before had a few specs of diced tomato and green onions……. nothing!!!!! Poor service, won’t be going back.

Please avoid going to this Taco Bell . Every time I come here the service is bad if your lucky enough to get any service what so ever they are usually in the kitchen and then say sorry we’re closed . I just waited 45 min in the drive through! The only reason I waited was because I was stuck between cars in front of me and behind me . Horrible service !!!

I never come here so I speak on 1 experience:
I ordered kfc…. Biscuits were overcooked, my kid thought the center was melted cheese -_-
My other child didn’t want chicken so I ordered him Taco Bell … we got a bag of napkins, sauce, no food -_- imagine the disappointment when we got home.

This was the best of both worlds since it was a combo of Taco Bell and KFC. My daughter got what she wanted and so didn’t I which is hard to accomplish! Ordered once for both places and the service was very friendly. The whole experience was great!

5/29/24 Cleanliness is terrible. Where do I start , men’s washroom had no soap told manager, she just acknowledged but didn’t fill container. Floors unswept counters haven’t been cleaned at all since it was only 11:20 so that had to be residual from previous day/s.
3 people on staff not including manager. Manager has attitude of I hate this job and forgot that she applied for job and probably at one time actually happy she got the job. I witnessed 6 people come in and ask for assistance at counter told they would have to wait and never provided assistance and eventually all left. Elderly man count work kiosk and asked for help but none came. Maybe Taco Bell is happy with revenue from drive up but I can tell you this isn’t it my first time that I was disappointed with dine in and still disappointed. It’s a shame that corporate would allow this site to continue to operate like this.
