i seen employees sitting in the lobby and i pulled to the drive-thru they all hopped up. not only that but the food i received was unacceptable. i ordered through the taco bell app and i was trying to save time doing one, but instead i waited as if i placed it at the speaker box. why arent my fries fresh??? why are they comfortable giving people cold hard stale fries that have been sitting for who knows how long! my soft shell taco wasnt soft n the meal itself just wasnt it. this location usually gives me good food but today it was terrible. i used to work in fast food so i know how it work! EVERYONE DESERVES FRESH FOOD PERIOD! (2-02-26)

This location STEPPED IT UP FOR REAL!! I originally gave this location a 1 star review about 3 years ago, because they were constantly messing a majority of orders up & being rude as heck to me & my people… NOT ANYMORE!!! The workers here are AMAZING, they rarely make mistakes & if/when they do, they are QUICK to fix them, & also the store itself is very clean whenever I go inside. Food is always made well & customer service is always a 10/10!!! Great work, y’all!!!

We were traveling from NY to CO stopped to put some fuel and wanted some tacobell, I unfortunately didn’t realize that they were quite busy, we were just trying to get something fast and leave. When I noticed they were behind I asked an employee if there was a chance I could just get a refund and explained why. The employees there were very nice and patient and made it possible fairly quickly. I hope they continue to set an example because they never once gave anyone else attitude or showed frustration.

There’s no reason whatsoever for you to take an hour and 47 minutes to get a delivery order ready. The delivery driver sat at your location for over a half an hour waiting for my food, left, made another delivery, came back and still had to wait for the food. Every single person who works at this location should be fired immediately The most useless Taco Bell in the entire United States!

Grabbed some food late at night as were were just coming back from a long trip. The staff was friendly and got our order right with modifications the first time! We also loved the holiday cheer with fun hats and lights they had inside the restaurant. Great food and nice people!

The food had so much liquid substance on it and made me and my girlfriend sick and stuff and just the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. My girlfriend is pregnant and never once had problems with taco bell until we went here. I do not recommend this location at all.

To anyone wanting to go here, DON’T GO HERE!!!!
I wish I took pictures before I threw it away! Went with my bf for some food because I’m hungry. We ordered on the kiosk and got our food. It was all drenched in some kind of sauce. My crunch wrap had a weird liquid pouring out of it, not dripping, POURING! I’ve never had a liquid pour or even drop from a crunchwrap before unless I had hot sauce I added on top of it. My bf ordered 2 soft tacos and both were also drenched in some kind of liquid, DRENCHED! I still ate most of it but regretted it because it turned my stomach inside out. I’ve never had a stomach issue with taco bell until now, it was horrible. Also, no one was up front. Three people walked in after us and none were greeted, just got their orders and left. We could hear a bunch of girls in the back talking and giggling like middle schoolers with a crush. I only saw one employee the entire time we were there which was over 15 minutes. And she only showed up after a minute of someone waiting. And the bathrooms are locked which I find stupid, it’s a fast food place. Absolutely disgusting

I order all my food with meat and cheese only.
There are always lettuce pieces in the cheese.
I personally think lettuce is disgusting.
So when I bite into some unknowingly,
I feel like instantly vomiting .
