These guys are insanely slow for Uber Eats pick up.. not all of the time, but certainly today on Feb 21st at 2:35 p.m.
I have specifically noticed that when there is one man working here, on every occasion that he is here, I end up canceling due to never getting the order bcause he’s so slow and whenever he is here, service is so slow. So i’m canceling again and having to go on with my day without the order. I wish I knew the man’s name so I can give him a shout out for poor service. I do know that he has very short hair and a round face. He is not one of the guys with long hair. He always looks at me multiple times while i’m waiting, while he is taking his sweet slow time.

$9 is what they charging for this new Discovery Luxe Box. First, the 2 tacos are small as can be. The size of street tacos but with waaaayyyyyy less meat! Not even close to the picture. That is false advertisement. I smell a class action lawsuit coming on and I might be leading it. And what is with the corporate owned chains having the worse customer service and food service. The cups of nacho cheese that comes with the nachos aren’t even half full let alone full. The workers don’t care because corporate don’t care. And the workers know it! SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL!

Although the team was swamped they handled my group exceptionally well. They were patient with the ones who didn’t know how to use the self order machine. The food was good and plenty for the price. I would recommend dining in at a different time than lunch rush hour. The decor inside isn’t too functional for seniors. But comfortable enough. I had the new chicken nugget combo meal with nacho fries. And a dirty mountain dew baja blast. That drink was absolutely tasty.

Ordered on Uber eats missing two drinks and received a medium instead of large and they only filled it halfway teach your workers how to read orders and fill drinks right!

Terrible the fact I paid to get a lux box in drive thru and said I have to come in and get it. If she would have said you must come in and order that because that is an inside price I have respect for that. But to order and pay in drive thru and come in No!. I was the only car and it was not busy. Done with this location.

I swear I just spent $14 on a number 4 and didn’t get any meat on it. Honestly I see why that place is empty all the time, the girl at the window is bigger than me she must have picked the steak off of my food

I came to this Taco Bell location cause my wife is pregnant and was craving taco bell. Won’t ever go there again the chick running the drive thru rushed me cause their on a timer of 2:00 mins as a former manager of taco bell and burger king we don’t rush the customer cause then they might not get what they want. Second half the food was throwing in the bag and all broken hard shell tacos and missing shit from the order very rude and not good customer service. As least the mangaer working took care of my order the right way but diamonique was very unprofessional.

I can’t believe your staff was so obtuse that they demanded to see my phone to verify that I actually ordered my own food. That I bought my food.
Then here’s the crazy part, you effed up my order. The ing manager, that was so condescending about seeing me verifying my app actually didn’t have all my food there.
How pathetic are you, you’re so focused on doing other people’s jobs like a Dasher, that you mess up an actual customer’s order, and then don’t even open it up so I can verify it.
If I own this spot I would fire her in a heartbeat.
Actually do your job and get the orders right and stop trying to police your customers
