This is the second time I have received contaminated food. I ordered an hour before the store closed and upon enjoying my food I found a piece of cardboard in my 5 Layer Burrito. I had to pull it out of my mouth and I threw my food away immediately. No disrespect to the service because they are always friendly but it cannot be that hard to keep trash/hair out of the food. I am extremely disappointed and would like a full refund and some sort of coupon for my next order.

This Taco Bell is great. The employees are kind, the orders are correct and very good, almost every time. Always choose this Taco Bell over the Hanover Park/Barrington Rd location, you won’t regret it.

These workers don’t do anything but be on their phones. I witness a worker busting her butt of working while the other one was just on her phone scrolling. (the one on her phone looked younger and had a chubby face) This happened today. Other than that the one that was working greeted me very politely and was super nice. Thank you for your work (she’s more on the petite side and she’s been working there for a while)

The food is consistently not as good as other locations in the area. Language barriers in the drive through make communicating your order impossible. I ended up getting different things than what I asked for and had to argue to get what was on my receipt. Awful.

Went there to grad a couple tacos for quick snacks. Found this place very overpriced and the taste was not good.
$10 for 2 tacos with no flavor at all.
The menu seemed a lot like Velvet Taco so we were excited to check it out.
Ordered Nashville Chicken taco and some Indian vegetarian taco I don’t remember the name of.

Last few times has been real bad. This one was the worst. Done giving this place any money. I suggest you do the same. Just gonna go to Chipotle for this price and quality

The BEST Taco Bell in the Schaumburg / Roselle area. The taste in food is always consistent. Only had 1 issue in two years, which they took proper action right away. 10/10, hope it stays that way!

June 27 Around 7pm.
Placed online order before arriving. When pulled up to the drive thru, the lady on the mic was soft-spoken and I couldn’t hear her. When I told her I couldn’t, someone else jumped on with attitude saying “is your order right on the screen.” In which there was no order on the screen. Then I pulled up to the window and still was given attitude and the wrong drink order. I gave back the drinks and they proceeded to still give me a wrong drink but I was fed up at this point and afraid to have spit in my kids food. Sat in the drive thru for 5mins for an online order I place ahead of time.
