I don’t post complaints often. This place deserves it though. Firstly a very long wait at the counter just to place an order. I ordered extra beef on a Crunchwrap Supreme. It came with less beef than the toco I ordered. Where’s the beef? The managers response was it smooshed to the sides. This definitely wasn’t extra beef! Awful customer service. I remember now why I don’t frequent Taco Bell.

I come in for a quick bite, 3 soft shell tacos, the CSR (Kendall) came to the front. “What’s your order?” No hello, no welcome to Taco Bell, nothing of the sort. I felt like I was a inconvenience to her day. She should not be at the front counter of anyone’s fast food establishment. A employee had a medical emergency, (understandably staff was concerned), but for 20 minutes no employee addressed our order, we were patient and understanding the situation. Then finally my order was placed on the counter…. #TWO!!!! No we are sorry about the delay, or something. Courtesy and communication skills are done for this generation.

Here’s the deal, I’m not one to complain about stuff unless it’s bad, but yeah, terrible food. I ordered a crunchwrap meal for two on the app, and both crunchwraps basically had no meat or ingredients in them. I was just biting into a tortilla and a tostada with nothing in it.
Maybe they are better earlier in the day, but do not go here for late night food.

Well, I have now been standing here waiting for well over 20mins for a simple order with 6 other customers all waiting 20mins or longer. So after 23 mins I finally got my food to find the tortilla was hard and stale, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, no hot sauce provided even though it’s on my order and no napkins provided. This place is Taco Bell, and the expectation walking in was for Taco Bell…but they delivered lower standards that the WORST of all fast food places I Have ever been to. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION; and highly recommend everyone NOT GO. Would be better to see this location closed and removed from providing such poor service!!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever gone to Taco Bell with high expectations. In fact my expectations are very low. But when you pay $10 for a steak burrito with a 2 razor thin pieces of steak, that feels like a swift kick in the pants. I’d like to say the service was at least friendly but the lady at drive thru didn’t even make eye contact or greet me. Mumbled and closed the window. I think this was my final visit to Taco Bell. Especially this location.

Worst taco bell i have ever been to. 5 people in the back cooking, 1 guy at the window who speaks in the rudest manner . And absolutely nobody at front. i spent 30 mins, my entire lunch break waiting on 2 dorito loco tacos and a small fry along 9 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WAS THERE BEFORE ME. Absolutely the laziest crew i have ever laid my eyes on. Coming from experience in fast food, I expected a long line of cars. THEY HAD 0 CARS. 0. I waited 30 mins, with 9 other people, FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON. Please dont come here unless you are starving to death its unbelievable here. Same experience every time i come.

This used to be my favorite spot to go on break but this location did me dirty. I placed a mobile order for pickup and when I went to pickup my order at approximately 0930 hours the doors were locked. The drive thru appeared to be operational but I was on foot and was not about to stand in the drive thru lane when it’s 5 degrees out. On top of that, Taco Bell is refusing to refund my order. I will be supporting the local restaurants from now on and I will not be giving my hard earned money to this restaurant that does not value my time or business.

I love leaving good reviews, so the bad ones actually mean something! This franchisee is pocketing mad cash by ripping off its customers! It’s bad enough a crunch wrap is $7.40 but it’s even worse when it’s completely lacking any meat! What a joke!

The food was very average. Ordered a couple quesadillas, they weren’t cut. Ordered a couple grilled CHEESE burritos… NO cheese. None on top and no melted/nacho cheese inside. That is all I managed to eat because it’s just so average. Would we orderer off the value menu if we knew there would be no cheese in a grilled cheese burrito.
