The cashier was so friendly and helpful explaining the menu when I mentioned it was my first time! I wasn’t expecting the above and beyond service. The food was served fresh, hot, and fast, too. i love the new dragon fruit refresca, hope it stays on the menu long term!

Tacos that my daughter got from a drive-through were soaking wet ended up throwing away. The food order was a total of $20 called the manager. They don’t seem to really care they hang up on you on the first call called back they want you to come back and they’re gonna replace the order but it’s already late at night and I’m going to bed and they don’t want to talk to you anymore. They’re not willing to help you. They should’ve just refunded this order. I tried to give her a receipt number. She wasn’t interested. and the food was just terrible

As a frequent drive-thru customer of fast food and TB in genetal, and this location in particular (Hi, Justin!) Please ignore the 1 star review bombs. This is a solid and clean TB and I’ve always had good service. Only criticism is that I cant order certain drinks from the app that i know they have and have to update at the order window. I still recommend ordering with the app. Sometime they’re a tag stingy on the sauce, not like I dont have a bag full of extras from the times they shovel it at you.

20 minutes in line at the drive through and not one car moved. At least the parking lot was clean. Appreciate that I was able to cancel my online order easily, because paying for the privilege of wasting my lunch break sitting in your parking lot would have been unforgivable.

Please do not waste your time! Unless you want your order to be absolutely wrong, that is. I went here and ordered two tacos; they gave me something completely different. I drove home, realized the mistake, and went back. I went inside and was very specific about what I wanted. Drove home again, opened my order, and it was wrong AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There were five employees working and only three people dining in, so there was absolutely no excuse to get my order wrong not once, but twice. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Do better, be better!!

This is the only Taco Bell I like going to. I dont eat meat, and their potato tacos have always been fresh here. Other Taco Bells have served me soggy cold potatoes, others have been super skimpy.

What amazing service! Had a slightly longer wait in the drive thru but nothing bad. Even so the employees there were apologetic, explained why it took a little longer and gave us a coupon for a free taco. It was refreshing to have people feel like they value you as a customer. Such a simple gesture, but such a huge impact! Thank you!

Order extra cheese, get less than normal. Order fire sauce for 4 tacos and get 2 packets. Really? I don’t know why tacos have to be this difficult. On top of preparing them wrong I’m 13.00 in for tacos lol.

You know when you go to a Taco Bell you’re not going there because you are making great decisions in your life, so you go into it with really low expectations about what you’re about to experience. Even having said that, my time at the local Taco Bell was simply bad in every possible way. Besides the two people working, and the two older people who came in afterwards, I was the only person there eating, and after I was done, it was pretty evident why that was the case. The place was filthy; there was garbage and residue all over the floor, the tables, the counter, the seats, and everything; there was nobody to take orders; the robot to take orders is extremely inefficient, frustrating, and alienating to use (the two boomers who came in after me spent the entire time I was waiting for my food and eating trying to figure out how to get their takeout. Not user friendly especially for the elderly); unbelievably slow service to prepare the food (I waited 10 minutes for three soft shell tacos, and I was the only person there. Tacos! It’s in the name, people!); no ice in the ice machine; and the new remodel is cold, visually unappealing and uninviting, with bare walls and unused space. The food itself was honestly the best part, but it was still Taco Bell, so in terms of quality and flavor it was very edible. To top it all off, it was really pricey, especially for what you get for your money. I am never going to set foot in this place again.
