Absolute garbage quality service from this location. Yareli at the drive thru today 2/18/25 took the order very very wrong. We drove around twice because the slow and big girl taking the orders didnt hear when i spoke clearly. Had to go again because she didnt hear my husband order 3 tacos, she gave us only one. I also asked for CHEESE quesadillas as i dont eat meat and the incapable lady took that down as chicken quesadillas which i bit into. How slow are you!!?

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience last night with this Taco Bell ruined my appetite. I go to this same Taco Bell at night due to it being closest to my home. Usually I see the same manager who seems to be a manager who gives great service. Unfortunately, any other time I see other staff, service is minimal. Last night I ordered my usual. A crunch wrap and nacho fries. The fries ended up being undercooked cooked and the crunch wrap’s tortilla was burnt and the wrap itself had barely a pinch of beef. I stopped half way through my crunch wrap because I could no longer stomach it and stand the fact I was eating mainly lettuce tomato ranch with a burnt tortilla.

I ordered a party pack of tacos without lettuce. What I received was a tiny portion of meat and barely any cheese. The Taco was literally 3/4 shell. What a rip off! I used to go to this location several times a month. What a difference from my past experiences. When I called to ask why my tacos had little meat or cheese and was 3/4 shell, the girl on the phone said they use one scoop of meat and cheese and are portion controlled. What size scoop is it, a tablespoon??? I spent $44 and barely had enough food to serve 2 people! The one positive was the guy who took my order. He was very nice and courtesy. That’s the only reason I gave this review a 1 star.

They went nuts with their pricing. Unfortunately they are dead to me. Last order missing an item , have to contact corporate to resolve. Staff is still good but owners have lost their minds with prices. The crunch wrap is a sad shadow of its former self.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and these are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve had a few from different locations that were fresh. These we’re not. I won’t come back here. Went inside and no one acknowledged me because they had a long drive-thru line. A simple, “We’ll be with you in a sec,” would’ve been fine. I was the only person inside, mind you. I understand that everyone is understaffed and busy, but that doesn’t excuse bad customer service.

Went there on June 08, 2025 at about 1130 at night for a late night food run. We pulled to the speaker to place the it order and a young lady come on and greeted us, not even two seconds later a young gentleman gets in the speaker and let’s out a large belch right over the speaker. The young lady immediately starts laughing. We decided at that point then if the staff is that morose that that could easily transfer to the food being prepared. We decided it was better to just leave
This is the way they encourage their stuff to behave, especially when greeting customers and I can only imagine what kind of shenanigans goes on in the kitchen where our food is being prepared.
