Ordered on app ten minutes before I arrived in store. Food was ready when I arrived. Today included a freebie for my “anniversary” with their program. App does not give a choice for dine-in, only drive through window or pickup inside.
Food was prepared well, hot and tasty. Dinning and drink machine area were clean.
However why was employee sitting on service counter? I am sure this is not a sanitary or an appropriate action.

If you go through the drive through bring a tent! Will be lucky if your car moves once every 5 minutes

The gent at the drive up window was fine, pleasant, professional. The wait to get to ordering was long and there was only one customer ahead. We ordered 2 things …just two. It took forever to get our order and then, neither item was prepared properly. The taco had no sour cream or tomato and the meximelt was not a meximelt. A 2 minute transaction took 10 with 0 pct accuracy. Done here.
