Don’t buy food from here. This place is a ripoff!!! I buy 3 BB Chalupa and a side of Spicy Ranch this place charge $22.23 whereas the Taco Bell on Roselle in Schaumburg the total comes out to $13.41 for exactly the same quantity. The difference is unbelievable!!! They’re only about 3 miles apart. Even the food is less amount for such robbing price. Last time I got Nachos and Chips with everything, the chips was half of that tiny paper bag. Unbelievable!! No one is aware of thier robo price, so they’re continuously fooling everyone by charging higher.

This Taco Bell is genuinely the worst and I’m trying to figure out how they’re even still in business. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years now and actively avoid this location. However, when ordering on the app, it selected this location without even confirming. The food took 45mins after the estimated delivery time on the app. Food came cold, HARD and with all half filled items. Never in my life have I not eaten Taco Bell I’ve ordered. I took 1 bite of each thing and threw it all in the trash. I ordered 8 items. When I tell you my beans (I get beans instead of meat) was molded into my burritos like dried out clay….. My quesorito had .07% cheese. The thing was nothing but a rice burrito, no beans. My boyfriend’s Crunchwrap was flat as the tortilla itself. And, this is the ONLY location nearby that charges for onions or red sauce in their items and they forget to add them in every single item.
To make things even worse, I reviewed my experience in the app and clicked to be contacted about my experience, I’ve heard nothing after a week.

My best friend and I went through the drive through tonight and had a wonderful experience with a man named Jovanni. He was kind, friendly, professional, and looked to be working hard. I hope it made his night when we told him he was an amazing worker. The face of TACOBELL should be Jovanni! 😉

Had to repeat my entire order and they still messed it up when I got to the window. Then I got crunchy tacos that were totally soggy and broke apart so it was more like a taco salad then a taco. So I wrote to corporate and they sent me a coupon to get something free when I buy something. Twice I’ve gotten crunchy tacos and twice they were soggy and broken so why would I pay more money. Trash and the coupon to buy something makes it even worse really.

I love taco bell, but this place was horrible, employess were simply careless, not at all customer friendly, loud music playing in back, food was not prepared correctly at all. When I told the person he said because you grilled the burritos that’s why, I’ve been eating for 20 years at taco bell, the worst services at all. Never go to this Taco Bell. We’ve given this location at least 5 tries and every time the order is wrong, they’re rude, or they try to charge us when they shouldn’t. Just go to the Roselle Taco Bell, seriously. Don’t waste your time.
