Last two times our order was missing items. Food was cold and tasted just old. With the price increase I’d expect better attention to detail and food quality. Found a string in my taco pictured below. Manager Jessy seemed like it wasn’t really a priority. Disappointing for sure.

Usually go to a different Taco Bell every Friday when going from one place to another. Decided to stop by here because the previous location we would eat at didn’t have a dine in when we wanted to dine in. We had to eat outside in the trunk of my car because there were also no outdoor seating arrangements at that Taco Bell. Today we decided to come to this location instead and it was just phenomenal. Their dine in area was very clean and available with kind staff and a quick wait before getting our food. Everything was splendid and just as expected if not more. Safe to say we’ll be coming here much more often and it was an overall great experience.

Taco Bell had it going. They were extremely busy. There is a dance club nearby that is open late, so they get a lot of cars for late night munchies. Someone decided to stand in line and want food, which for safety reasons is not allowed. Taco Bell handled it very well, even after that person was yelling at them. They kept the line moving as well, all while this was going on. We ordered like $40 worth of food, and everything was correct. Very friendly too!!

My food was perfectly fine, but they need to seal their bag/boxes/drinks correctly for delivery. My box was not sealed in the slightest and there wasn’t even something over the straw hole for the drink. Im glad I had a good dasher and everything seemed fine, but it did worry me when I got it.

Came in like normal ordered my food, three loco Doritos combo. Received my food in a timely fashion, now normally I never have issues here but today was different. When I received my order literally every taco was falling apart like they put it in the sleeve and then crushed it because every single one broke apart. Then and this one is the main reason I’m writing this review, I went to use the bathroom to relieve myself. Go in do my business only to find that there is literally no toilet paper and the rest room doesn’t have a paper towel dispenser its a blow dry machine. I have my phone so I call the restaurant , I hear the phone ringing they pick up and explain hey I’m in the bathroom (it’s a 1 person bathroom) and there is no toilet paper, no response I get hung up on. I hear someone come to the bathroom I yell out yes I’m in here thinking it’s an employee but as I sit there and wait nothing. So I call again and explain this IS NOT a prank I’m really in the bathroom with out TP they put me on hold, I hear someone check the bathroom which I yell out again, then someone else picks up the phone and I then AGAIN explained I’m in the bathroom with no toilet paper this is my second time calling they finally bring me a roll. I understand they probably get prank calls a lot but who calls to say hey Im in your restaurant and don’t have toilet paper. Further more it is a one person bathroom so they couldve checked rather easily. The food was one thing like whatever it’s taco bell, but the fact I was on their toilet for a bit of time in a vulnerable position is another. I will be following up with the manger in the morning. Bathrooms have to be checked regularly so idk why or how this even happened

I went to pick up an order for Uber at 12 am, an hour before they closed. Horrible service, I tried telling them I came to pick up 2 orders for Uber, but the lady who was working the window said I would have to go back around again. I waited 30 minutes just for them to hand me a small bag and a drink. Very unnecessary and the staff can be arrogant. 01/18/2026 – The Service here is still trash.

We clarified only 2 drinks twice on our order at the speaker Luis M confirmed at the window and we only received 2 drinks. There was a third drink added, and when we asked the on duty manager Moses to process a refund, he could not do so. There was no manager there at 9 pm that could process a refund at all according to Moses.

This location had a huge renovating project recently, tile floors as well as tile on the base of every wall. The bathrooms have had a huge upgrade very clean very modern and it smells great. There are only three booths, the other side of the restaurant has uncomfortable bench seating encouraging people to lean against the windows. Also there is a strange garbage can hole under the sauce container. The hole is blocked buy the holiday pan holding the sauce packets blocking any garbage from entering the can and causing trash to build up on the floor, more perplexing is the fact that is adjacent to a a regular garbage can. The food was prepared fast and tastes great.
