I ordered a Baja blast FREEZE through the drive thru, the worker said ok. Got up to the window, paid, and was given a regular Baja blast. Told the worker we ordered the freeze, and pretty sure I was charged for the freeze, she continued to state that they were sold out of the freeze. Could’ve told me that before i paid or when i ordered?? Horrible.

THE BEST CHALUPA I’VE EVER HAD. I got the free black bean chalupa from that Day 10 Christmas Deal and I died when I had my first bite. Every layer was made perfectly. I hope to come back here and get the same quality/taste food next time!

I recently visited the Taco Bell location in my area, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food is good most of the time, delivering the classic flavors you’d expect from the brand. However, I did notice that there were instances where my order took longer than anticipated. Additionally, on a few occasions, I had to return because they either forgot an item or provided the wrong one. While these issues can be frustrating, I appreciate that the staff is generally friendly. If they can improve on order accuracy and speed, this location could be even better!

I recently came to this location on Feb 2. I had made my order on the online app. I made my order no cheese on any items. I opened my bag to the horrendous smell of cheese on my crunch wrap. As I called the store they did not answer. I been waiting a week on the taco bell app to get back to me on there help page to yet no avail. I just hope your food is right or your stuck paying for food that you can’t get ahold of any persons to help you refund or replace the order. If I could I would give 0 stars as that’s the service I’m given for using there app.
