Maria is amazing! I just left there and ordered through the drive thru. I have been coming pretty regularly lately and she informed me I have been ordering something the wrong way and paying extra money when I could have just been substituting instead. She is also super friendly. Wonderful employee and I think she deserves a raise! 🙂

I ordered veg craving box and I asked to check on windows when I was picking up again that make sure it is vegetarian. She said it’s vegetarian but when I reached home and opened it there was a meat in burrito. I called them to inform but they denied totally and talked rudely. Will never go there again. It’s a bad customer service. God bless them.

I didn’t get an experience. Had a long day, and I figured I would stop in Taco Bell to get some cheap, not so great tacos. Nah, didn’t happen. I walked in and up to the counter. Looked up at the menu screens, and it was just pictures of people eating, etc.. i asked the employee where the menu was. She responded with, “we don’t have a menu”.
She offered to help me anyway but what is she gonna do? Tell me what the menu is? Why is there a big ‘ol dining room, if you can’t use it?
P.s. Anybody know how to get in on their class action lawsuit for depicting menu items grossly exaggerated?

hard to believe, but Taco Bells (all) are very well run: ingredients always very fresh (they never miss on that), big menu, easy to & lots of modifications, staff is very well trained, stores are very clean & updated, open real late,. Great great value.
Sure, not authentic (those are good), & not a restaurant or high-end, but good. Even after many many yrs, better than ever.

Tonight’s experience actually began with an order mistake but it was handled so well that this is a positive review to say thanks. Part of our order was missing and we did have to take the time to go back but everything was made right with a little extra and they cared to make sure the customer was taken care of. Forgot to ask her name in person but the receipt says Cristina.
In addition to that, we get a lot of fast food from various locations and I can say for sure that this food tasted a lot better than a recent TB order I just had from the one that is closer to our house. So the food tastes really good at this location and they did a great job making up for an order issue. Pretty rare to get good service like this these days. Thank you very much.

As you can see. I plowed through my triple stacker box. Double the seasoned beef and chipotle sauce with nacho cheese!!! How could I NOT enjoy THIS. The Baja Blast from Mountain Dew to wash it down is still on chill in my shoe. LBVS
