Taco Bell along Devon in Chicago, is one of the best in terms of food, cleanliness and atmosphere. Their staff could use a little training on customer service.
Update. 1 month after, I visited this branch and their burrito supreme is so soggy it’s like I’m eating soup. Will never go back to this branch again. I just hope their other branches are better.

I pulled over to take a photo of one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen in their parking lot. Placed a drive thru order and the young man who assisted me was one of the most respectful and warm individuals I’ve encountered at any drive thru window in recent memory. You could tell he was a bit short handed, but calm, and capable of making pleasant conversation while my order was assembled. A very well run establishment.

I decided to give these clowns a second chamce they messed up my whole order like everything. I told the kid and he seemed scared so I said forget it and I just left. They need a manager in there. Are these clowns for real? I received a taco with barely any meat like a teaspoon of ground beef. completely unacceptable!!! On top of that, I paid extra for supreme, and there wasn’t even any sour cream. This is beyond ridiculous. I’ve posted a picture as proof. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Fix your quality control, because this is embarrassing.

Above average taco bell in terms of service and food. I drive a little further to this one because the 1757 Waukegan location is the worst taco bell I’ve been to. Customer service is always nice. Only complaint is when you come when it’s busy, it can take a while to get your food after ordering due to lack of staff. I waited over 20 minutes once.

Don’t appreciate the entire order of hard dried up Cinnabon Delights I paid for; Followed up by unanswered calls. Not sure if it was an older batch that they thought would get fixed by the process or what not, but these had the occasional soft spot where the breading had absorbed the frosting and the rest was completely parched.

Most pathetic Crunchwrap Supreme that I’ve eaten in the last decade. An Impossible Whopper has 100% more beef than this “beef” Crunchwrap Supreme. To be fair, the flavor and freshness was all on point but there was no more than a tablespoon of beef in my Crunchwrap. This is what happens when I break my diet, places like this disappoint me so that I can stick to eating healthy lol
If I would have dined in, I would have mentioned it, but it’s just such a hassle going back around and not to mention my distrust of complaining to food industry workers is through the roof. See the two pictures that I uploaded. I can probably find more meat in a vegan restaurant than in this Crunchwrap for sure!
