Most pathetic Crunchwrap Supreme that I’ve eaten in the last decade. An Impossible Whopper has 100% more beef than this “beef” Crunchwrap Supreme. To be fair, the flavor and freshness was all on point but there was no more than a tablespoon of beef in my Crunchwrap. This is what happens when I break my diet, places like this disappoint me so that I can stick to eating healthy lol

I’m not someone who complains, but the last few times I’ve gone to this location there’s a younger petite girl with dark hair that is extremely rude. Bothered may be a better word for it. Working fast food isn’t for the faint of heart, I get it, but her attitude is uncalled for. Your other employees are extremely nice. There’s a taller blonde (possible manager?) she’s fantastic, but I’ll go to the location in Glenview from now on.

Service was good, place was nice, but the food for what you pay leaves much to be desired. When I was younger, the value menu offered some affordable options that were filling. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years, and oh, how things have changed. Simply put, it costs significantly more for less food with less quality. Go to the local authentic Mexican joint for better and likely less expensive food.

Really rude communication after they forgot to give us sauce (accidents happen). When we came back around to the drive thru, the cashier was defensive, when all we wanted were the sauces. She aggressively grabbed the box. Not sure why she was so upset!

Reply disgusting. My breakfast box had ice cold hash browns, ice cold cheese in my wrap. Just nasty. Like y’all literally only have to warm up food. It’s not even that hard. Not even worth the $5 haha

Don’t appreciate the entire order of hard dried up Cinnabon Delights I paid for; Followed up by unanswered calls. Not sure if it was an older batch that they thought would get fixed by the process or what not, but these had the occasional soft spot where the breading had absorbed the frosting and the rest was completely parched.

The drive thru line moved extremely slow. When I finally got to the menu to order, they had me wait for over 10 mins to order and now I’m waiting for an additional 10 minutes for my order. I would just drive off now, but they already charged my card.

They charged $8 for a breakfast box. No hash brown included. Crunch wrap & Cinnabon delights were cold. So basically it was $8 for a medium Mountain Dew. Thanks!
