They make the food with outstanding quality and other Taco Bell’s should come to this store and take notes on how a taco bell should be ran. They are not stingy with their ingredients, they make the food look neat and it’s not all over the place. Being a Taco Bell super fan, I have been to quite a few Taco Bells in my time. This one however… is by far… the absolute best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. At the very least it’s the best Taco Bell in Chicagoland. I mean that. The food is made with love here. You know what I mean. Orders are never messed up, the tacos are piled high neatly with ingredients, crunch wraps are stuffed, and the burritos are rolled neatly and tightly and grilled to perfection. It’s the kind of food you always hope for when you go to a Taco Bell but don’t often receive. Taco Bell employees are often pleasant and friendly and these employees are no exception. Except, I don’t think they’re fake smiles. I think they really mean them. Thanks, Lindenhurst Taco Bell. Keep it up.

The food is consistent, not much more past that. No different then the taco bell in other areas. So I rate service and speed. Definitely has gotten better over the last year. I went through a small phase of incomplete orders and was beginning to get worried but the accuracy has gotten consistently good again! Never a line, in and out!

I’m so frustrated with this location. The staff is friendly, but the cooks always forget to add jalapeños to my spicy double steak burrito. They are really bad at paying attention when asked to add extra stuff or take something out. If I need to go to this location I will only get drinks. I will not be getting food here. I will just go to the one on Rollins.

Seems to be slipping in service and quality at this location. Got a steak cantina bowl (they call them power bowls now ??) That they definitely give you less then before. It was lukewarm at best. Rice was stale or leftover from earlier in the day. Also got a Mexican pizza. No silverware, crushed the top, and put the steak bowl in the bag sideways. Double check your order (like I should have) before you pull away. Small mistakes like that among other things are becoming consistent lately.

The workers are always super rude at this location. They never give me napkins or hot sauce even after I ask at the speaker. When I ask again at the window they always get an attitude. I used to go here a couple times a week until recently. I started going to round lake now and its night and day. Much friendlier staff. Food is the same so its really just the people to rate.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. No cheese. Just runny beans and lots of onions. A chicken burrito supreme. No chicken. Lots of runny beans and onions. Disgusting. Wouldn’t feed that to my dog. VERY dissatisfied!
