Terrible service. It’s almost like the employees don’t want any people’s business as you’re an inconvenience. They are rude and always tried to force people to use the self kiosk. I often hear other customers agitation as well. Sometimes the dining room is closed during lunch and they don’t say why. This is the closest T Bell to me but I go further 8840 Waukegan because they treat me at least average. Don’t give your business to this location.

I’m honestly disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru. My wife and I had a simple question about an item on the menu, but before we could even finish asking, the gentleman cut us off and said, “Everything you want is on the menu,” in a dry and dismissive tone. While the food quality was great, the customer service was lacking. Even when it came time to pay with Apple Pay, he didn’t bother handing the machine out—I had to reach for it myself. It felt rude and unprofessional.

Be carful of the “beef burrito” it is basically a rice burrito. When i called i was told that i was wrong and she put 1 scoop of rice to 1 scoop of fround beef. I took 3 bites of rice only and when i opened it this is what was inside. Few pieces of ground beef all rice.
