This Taco Bell is getting worse. Both times I’ve been, it’s been the same results. I only get a black bean burrito each time, and both times the results have been nasty. The second burrito was like a watery type bean sauce…disgusting. Not my go to Taco Bell anymore.

Clean and fast food. Everything tasted as it should. Wasn’t made sloppy and tossed together like some of the Taco Bells I’ve been too. I could have easily picked my Mexican pizza up and ate it without making a mess. ( I still used a fork)

I waited in the drive-thru for a mobile order for over 20 minutes. The person in front of me waited about five minutes until the person said anything. They said “Give me one second” and then the proceeded to make the customer in front of me wait another 3 minutes before taking his order. They said they were short-staffed but there were only 3 customers in the restaurant. I finally hopped out of my car to go inside to see if my order was on the pickup shelf in-store (even though I placed my order for drive-thru pickup). It was there on the shelf in store but the door was locked. I had to knock on the door and a customer had to let me in. I finally got my food but it was cold and there was no cup when there was supposed to be one. Not sure if I’ll be returning to this location again.

I just met Anna at the drive through. She was so nice and professional. It was a pleasure to be served by her. She is a great person and also an awesome worker. I would recommend this location because of the cooks and also customer service. Fast and efficient.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. I’m giving it two stars because it’s at least new and clean. But everytime I’ve been here I’ve waiting 25 minutes for a VERY simple order. It’s truly wild. Never had Taco Bell take this long anywhere else.
