Went in for an online order and nobody helped me out. Waited 10 minutes and decided to go to the drive thru instead. The guy on drive thru said I needed to come in and there was nothing he could do and all of this with an attitude. When I pulled up to the window he started calling all kind of swear words in Spanish and threatened to call the cops. I expect compensation and if this is how you run business then I expect this place to close soon. If I don’t hear back I will reach out to corporate.

In route to Lake Zurich today and was hungry and needed to get something before heading to my destination. Decided to get some fast food and stopped by to dine in.
Although I have been here in the past and used mostly the drive thru, dining in was as good as their drive thru if not better.
I noticed they have done some upgrades such as added the touch screen order when you enter and their furniture was all cleaned up compare to before.
Ordered through the self-order device and received my order fairly quickly (in less than 10 minutes). The kitchen staff who brought the order was a friendly person and approached me with a smile.
Sat in the dining area and it was very peaceful and calm. Not many people though their drive thru was packed at the time of my visit.
Their parking lot is okay for the size and location of the restaurant. Their Wi-Fi was very handy and fast. Looked like other guest, mainly kids, were using the Wi-Fi too.
The place was clean and managed well. This is my neighborhood Taco Bell. Will come here again, and it is highly recommended should you want some fast food on the go.

Went thru the drive thru and the cashier was very rude and got angry with me when I asked for hot sauce then proceeded to ignore me when I was trying to get her attention when he manager came to the window she was telling her manager that they are closing and people need to come before that so if I want hot sauce for me to wait until they open the next day because she’s not giving it to me it was shocking and the manager did not offer any compensation for the abuse his employee was dishing out no justice for the paying customer who spent 48 $ and left without my hot sauce taco bell customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced in my 50 years.

It’s a Taco Bell. Not a 5 star restaurant. So if the food is not of the best quality, it’s only understandable. However, my experience was very pleasant here. Great, kind, hard working employees there. Food tasted the way I expected. Service was timely and the restaurant was kept clean. Most of all, it’s cheap. Nothing beats the value of TBell.
