A lot of the food was poorly packed. I got the cinnamon twists in the 7$ box amd they had no cinnamon or sugar just the base part. And my food was poorly packaged. The nacho fries were not put nicely in the other bag I know sometimes fries spill but all of them? With the 5 layer just tossed on top? Over all not the best food or presentation from a taco bell.

Walk in expecting to be greeted by a friendly person. Nope. Dark seating area.only 1 other person in the seating area. Had to order lunch from a kiosk. user friendly, sure. But i did not like this atmosphere. Taci think next time it’ll be Taco Treat. o bell is going all out for the drive through customers, and door dashers. Made me feel like I was interrupting them because I wanted to have a bite. Hmmm. I love your tacos, but this was disappointing. Next time it’ll be Taco treat.

After not receiving my street chalupas in my order yesterday.. these are what they gave me today.. I typically don’t prefer paying for just sauce on a stale tortilla that has clearly been sitting out.

My son had picked up food for the family and when he arrived home, 20 miles from the restaurant, two of the tacos where missing. They were my daughter’s meal. Since we had paid over $40 for just three cheap meals and she was really looking forward to the tacos, I told her I would head back into town to get them. I called, on my way, to make sure they would be ready when I got there. The girl I spoke with on the phone made no apologies and acted like I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE! When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru to get it, she again acted like I was a bother. When I got to the window, again no apologies…nothing. I didnt expect compensation for the shxtty service, but after having to drive 40min round-trip, an apology would have been nice!

Typically do not issues with this location but recently have had a few bad experiences this one is quite egregious though. Ordered the new Chicken Nuggets. And while I get it never looks like the ads I didn’t expect them to look this bad. They tasted burnt too. Very Disappointing!

My husband got the grilled cheese steak house burrito and wished they had cooked it a little longer.

Workers were unprofessional while dealing with an older couple who accidentally grabbed the wrong order. Continue to go back in the kitchen and complain while everybody could hear. Mistakes happen and that’s definitely not how you fix them.

If you are bored and have free time you should definitely NOT go to the drive thru and laugh at the A.I nightmare that they make you interact with. When angry angry hurt feelings Harley, the assistant manager comes on the mic to tell you to leave, you should definitely NOT apologize and explain that you thought it was A.I and you weren’t trying to be rude. You should DEFINITELY listen to her when she tells you that being unhappy with the A.I is grounds for not being served. You should then definitely NOT go two feet next door to Burger King to laugh hysterically about Harley, the assistant manager, yelling at you with the nicer, faster, PERSON who took your order. I enjoyed my Burger King meal- whoops! Still laughing at Harley, the assistant TO the regional manager.
