They were very accommodating for my celiac but I can figure it was a rough day and the person on expo seemed upset with the change. They were very fast about getting things changed on my food. After a long day at work I was glad they were there. Thank you all. If you guys see this remember to keep up the good work.

I don’t understand what the deal is with taco bells but I’ve had the most unpleasant experiences at all taco bell. I swear that they make sure to your unprofessional and rude before they hire you. There was very friendly employees at the taco bell on vanderby way actually and I usually avoid that store at all costs. Theses people on north montana taco bell are angry and rude who knows what they do to the food if they can’t even put on a fake smile to please customers. Must be an awful place to work

I would have never given 5 stars just two months ago, as a DoorDash worker and a customer this place used to be a joke! Full of dudes that ignored customers, made poor quality food items, vaping in the store, innapropriate comments, having girls sleep in your car so you could make out on your break, making DoorDash orders 30 mins late… list goes on. I see a lot of them are gone and since then Taco Bell has gotten so much better! My experiences have been much better! Thank you to whoever started a new team!

Ive had several good experiences here, and usually the drive thru workers are very funny and attentive. This time, however, the person taking my card (didn’t grab her name) was rude.
She had something to say about how we spoke to the ROBOT taking our order, not her. Saying, “if you want to be rude, you don’t have to come through the drive thru.”
Doesn’t seem too rude, but the car was full of people who literally work in food service who know full well that was entirely unprofessional. If you cant handle someone being irritated at the incessant questioning of a robot (only issue with how we were rude to the robot was our tone, not cussing out or anything like that), than perhaps you shouldn’t be dealing with the customers.

The last 3 times I have visited I have been given somebody else’s order. Tonight was no exception and I can safely say the other location is far better than Montana Ave. I got some lady’s order that had absolutely nothing that I ordered in it. Even funnier is that the guy at the window said “we have to good team tonight” which is extra funny because they didn’t even supply a fork for the fiesta potatoes the lady who’s order I got added.
Thats not to mention that the AI couldn’t understand being asked for a menu item so a team member had to take over. Honestly pretty bummed I can’t rely on the location close to my house and have to drive across town to a halfway decent one.

Let’s just say there’s a reason we call it taco hell in my circle and now I remember why! One of my orders was inedible and the other just very blah. The seating area was not clean and from what I could see from the counter neither was the kitchen. I will give staff credit they were very polite and seemed to be working hard.

I don’t have high expectations for fast food. While Taco Bell’s pricing you’d think they think they are on five guys level…..
I had two tacos, no drink, no sides, and it was a $10. A 5 dollar taco is even expensive for a nice fish taco, but for taco bell??? They was barely any meat. I paid $10 for two sad tacos. I had low expectations for Taco Bell, I expect my order to be messed up, the sauce to be forgotten or it taking longer than normal. I do not go to a fast food joint to be charged the same price as an authentic taco that would actually taste good. Not sad just disappointed.

wouldnt eat here. theres black mold under the lines, and employees vaping in clear sight of the lobby, nobody knows how to change their gloves or wash their hands, ive gotten food poisoning from this taco bell twice now. literally save urself from getting e coli. and just go to McDonald’s or something.

I typically have not much expectations for fast food restaurants besides the “fast” part. Having been to taco bells all over the country, this one in particular had wait times higher than the others. Note that the restaurant was empty when I ordered. Food quality is what you would expect.
