I had an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I didn’t get my chicken quesadilla or 1 of my bean burritos. When I went back through the drive thru another employee was at the window to tell me he made the bean burritos and accused me of lying. Very unprofessional. I just wanted what I paid for!

Going through drive through, I could barely get any of my order out without being talked over, and the lady kept cutting me off, and when I attempted to continue the next part of the order, I was cut off again with the total asking if I wanted to round up. When I said I wasn’t done with the order, the lady got snappy and inconvenienced by the fact that I was ordering more than one thing. Told her nevermind and left. This has been an issue multiple times with the same lady working drive through.

Terribly understaffed for how overwhelmingly busy the location is. So noisy inside that orders get messed up because of the inability to hear the other person.
Even what was ordered was made incorrectly, and it came slow due to the sheer amount of orders.
At least the very overwhelmed staff there remade the food.

Well the food was definitely a disappointment. But, the experience was very weird as well. When I was handed my brown bag of food out of the window. It was pretty much kind of thrown at me. And he said, here you go have a good night. I asked for some extra mild sauce. I think he put about 50 little packets of mild sauce. A little overkill don’t you think? As far as the food… I ordered 2 chalupas with only steak and cheese. We’ll! LOL! I definitely got cheese!!! And about 5, oh wait!? make that four! I mean four pieces of meat lol. Btw it was $18 for the two.

I am not exaggerating when I say every.single.time. we come to this Taco Bell, items in our order are missing, or they give us the wrong protein in an item, or something like this happens (I haven’t eaten any chips, yet the bag is only half full!). We’ve been coming to this location since it opened. I’m not sure what y’all need to do to improve your quality assurance and order accuracy but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have called and complained more than once. I should not have to get my food at the drive thru, then immediately go sit in the parking lot to check & make sure my food is all there and that my order is correct, that’s YOUR job!
