I’m giving them 1 star because they are taking away items from the Taco Bell App.

They used to offer online exclusives which was fantastic. But, now the only exclusive they offer is just the drinks party box.

They also got rid of ALL the boxes. The only box they offer now is $10 which has two tacos, chips, and a drink.

This Taco Bell was close to my house and I would I order from the app all the time after work; it was convenient. But, now they are getting rid of items off their app and so I’m done coming to this location.

There are other Taco Bells in Billings that still offer these great deals.

Thank you Taco Bell on Commerce!!!

We had the worst Uber driver tonight. He didn’t get our food for 35 minutes or even respond to our messages. We have a few sick kiddos at home. I was concerned about getting old food.

I called the Taco Bell, and spoke with Keith. He was SO friendly and helpful, and told me that he would remake our food so it was fresh and hot.

After a long day, a long wait from Uber when we paid for priority, and several sick kiddos, it really made my night.

Thank you!!!!

Shoutout the taco bell girl when my window decided not to work so I opened my door and the extreme wind slammed it against the Taco Bell she was very concerned with my 2009 Hyundai’s already broken door (the window) and I appreciate that. I don’t care about any car I own, I don’t buy them to sell but use them, and this one got used violently on the side of an exterior Taco Bell drive thru wall 11/10 will slam my car door against their drive thru wall more often

Fast and friendly service. But maybe too fast because the crispy chicken in my burrito was very cold in the middle and the chicken was undercooked. Otherwise it was good. They need to watch that though. People can get very sick from undercooked chicken!

I was reminded tonight why this is my favorite TB, besides proximity. Just ate the best chalupa anyone may have ever waterhole anywhere or anywhen. And I’ve got 1 more to enjoy

I got to the drive-through at 7:30 PM Saturday night. There were three cars in front of me. I sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes until I got my food. It was food for two people about 20 bucks not a huge Order. Four items total I get home three of the items are wrong. Now, if you had just taken a really long time, I would understand maybe you’re shortstaffed but for you to take that long and still mess up, nearly my entire order baffles me. It seems that the staff is just incompetent at this point. I don’t suspect this location will be open very much longer

Taco Bell’s Cantina Bowl: Now Featuring… Portion Control Extreme!

I ordered two Cantina Bowls, expecting a hearty meal. What I got instead was an advanced demonstration in food rationing. These bowls were so empty, I thought I was being pranked, maybe Taco Bell secretly joined a minimalist movement?

For fun, I combined both bowls into one. Spoiler alert: Still didn’t fill up. I paid over $17 for this culinary illusion! And, to really seal the deal, they forgot the sauce, because why stop at shortchanging the portions when you can also deprive your customers of flavor?

I didn’t realize I was paying for an interactive experience. Next time, I’ll bring a magnifying glass to locate my meal.

I placed my order nearly 20 minutes before arriving at the store, and it still hadn’t even been started by the time I got there. One team member had to remind the crew three times that I had arrived. Meanwhile, another employee was chatting with someone in the lobby, and someone else was openly talking about which menu items they were or weren’t willing to make.

For comparison, I placed an order at another nearby restaurant, and it was completed in less than five minutes—with no issues. Unfortunately, this kind of poor service has been consistent at this Taco Bell location. I’ve never had a good experience here, and it’s obvious that management either doesn’t care or isn’t present enough to run a professional operation.

I won’t be returning.
