They used to offer online exclusives which was fantastic. But, now the only exclusive they offer is just the drinks party box.
They also got rid of ALL the boxes. The only box they offer now is $10 which has two tacos, chips, and a drink.
This Taco Bell was close to my house and I would I order from the app all the time after work; it was convenient. But, now they are getting rid of items off their app and so I’m done coming to this location.
There are other Taco Bells in Billings that still offer these great deals.
We had the worst Uber driver tonight. He didn’t get our food for 35 minutes or even respond to our messages. We have a few sick kiddos at home. I was concerned about getting old food.
I called the Taco Bell, and spoke with Keith. He was SO friendly and helpful, and told me that he would remake our food so it was fresh and hot.
After a long day, a long wait from Uber when we paid for priority, and several sick kiddos, it really made my night.
Thank you!!!!
I ordered two Cantina Bowls, expecting a hearty meal. What I got instead was an advanced demonstration in food rationing. These bowls were so empty, I thought I was being pranked, maybe Taco Bell secretly joined a minimalist movement?
For fun, I combined both bowls into one. Spoiler alert: Still didn’t fill up. I paid over $17 for this culinary illusion! And, to really seal the deal, they forgot the sauce, because why stop at shortchanging the portions when you can also deprive your customers of flavor?
I didn’t realize I was paying for an interactive experience. Next time, I’ll bring a magnifying glass to locate my meal.
For comparison, I placed an order at another nearby restaurant, and it was completed in less than five minutes—with no issues. Unfortunately, this kind of poor service has been consistent at this Taco Bell location. I’ve never had a good experience here, and it’s obvious that management either doesn’t care or isn’t present enough to run a professional operation.
I won’t be returning.
