Went on a Fridaymorning, website, signs on door, drive through window all say close at 0100. Arrived at 2359 and drive through auto communication came on and said closed. I was confused so went to drive through window made eye contact with the woman twice just to clarify if they were actually closed and why all the signs say differently. She looked at me twice and ignored me. Called and they picked up, but refused to say anything after i was saying “hello” just to hear the phone not ring. Tried calling back line busy. What great customer service all the way round. Not the first time some shady business this establishment has done. I let the others slide because I enjoy taco bell, but this particular store im finished. Never again. Do better laurel taco bell. You deserve -5 stars

Somehow the nachofries were soggy and burnt. My tacos had barely any lettuce. A youngish short dark haired manager made our food; she looked like a younger version of a different manager. The blond dude manager was nice. We ordered in the lobby so I dont understand why our food was rushed.

Horrible experience. Didn’t get what was ordered. Asked for meat & cheese only soft tacos. They came with lettuce on them. Ordered a Mexican pizza meal. Got a completely different meal.

A Taco Bell that deserves 5 stars is somewhat a challenge to come by but this one is an exception. The staff was friendly, quick and attentive. The restrooms were clean along with the dining area. Men with beards in kitchen wore hair nets to prevent any fod (foreign object debris) from entering the food which is always nice to see! My fiesta veggie burrito was spot on, nachos were fresh and hot and the spicy potato soft taco was good too!

Absolutely crap! Got cold food in the drive thru so I went back around and asked for fresh and I received even colder older fries. Very incompetent crew!

manager wouldn’t take more than one order through the drive thru, he made us. come inside to put in a second order and his reason was he needs to have our food out in under 3 minutes and the one order took five minutes and he was rude the entire time

You guys changed your hours to be open at 7am and guess what y’all still not open at your posted hours. I feel if you guys are having that many problems you should post something about it on the building or they should just shut down this location. 7:30 am and still not open when you should’ve is pretty bad. I will not be going to this location anymore.

This is the 6th consecutive order in a row I have had that is wrong. I am so sick of tired of spending money on stuff I don’t get and then being told my only option is to come back and have it remade. I can’t do that when I have work and I will likely not ever be eating here ever again. I have been robbed of around $40 from the missing items from all 6 times I have ordered here.
