I ordered my Fiesta Burrito on line. It was big and heavy. I questioned the shell when I opened it. It felt like a dry piece of lefsa. The first bite I thought ugh oh. Now I have ordered hundreds for my son and myself. The beans were hard and whole not soft refried, the rice was dry and tasteless. No Chipotle sauce or sour cream. I tried 3 more bite and said the heck with it.

Once again, I have been ripped off by this taco bell. I placed a simple pick up order online, and the charming individuals who work there could not find the motivation to put all the food into a bag. Then when I called, the manager was rude and argued with me about how his store is “under new management.” Like that has anything to do with my order. Apparently they need to go under “new management” again, because this is even worse than the last. He told me that I would get a refund, but I seriously doubt that.

This place is a big improvement from the last year or so. Christina and Lamont are so fun and friendly. I like that they aren’t locals so they know how to treat people no matter what. I notice since they have strated working there I have not had any issues with my order. I will only go to this location because of this these 2 employees. Thank you for having great customer service Christina and Lamont.

Service was non existent, but I do expect it is from being short handed. But to not even be treated after 15 minutes felt like they weren’t even trying. I like taco bell food overall, but service was bad, but sadly it is really closer to the norm.

Ordered ahead on mobile app for pickup at 12:34. I got there at 12:35. Was told have to come inside at drive-through and came in, did not walk out with my food until 1:09. Needless to say, I was 10 minutes late getting back to work. 3 items, on a mobile to go order, should not take 34 minutes to get. Didnt even take into account it was a call ahead mobile order, and didn’t make my food until I asked for my money back. Very disappointed.

Literally trash. The only thing they got right was a the 3 dorito loco tacos thats it. They had the rest of my order messed up and it wasnt busy at all. We were the 1st out of 2 cars in the line. Maybe 1 or 2 things wrong max more than that is ridiculous.

We sat in the drive thru for 10 mins until someone talked to us, you can barely hear what they were saying. We got up to the window and they got my drink wrong so I told them what I wanted and she sat there and stared at me. Then we were leaving and there’s a giant pot hole with a huge cement piece sitting there. Don’t go thru the drive through or it will ruin the bottom of your car.
