The service was terrible and my food was made incorrectly. The lady at the window was so rude to me and made my food and my daughter’s food wrong. My food was so spicy and it was a five layer burrito. My daughter got the same thing and I tried hers and she can not eat that. My whole experience was bad and I never want to see that lady again she also did not fill our drinks all the way and we got maybe 2/3 of a drink. I would rather not have to eat at a toco bell again then see that lady again she said some more than nasty things to me an my daughter was in earshot of it. It was disrespectful and incredibly rude.

They would not let us get our food when we went to the lobby to get our food as well as drive thru. We had to ask 4 times to get our food and it still was wrong. We were all very disappointed and the assistant sweared at us and was very rude. Also about with that we sat at the window for at least 7 minutes waiting for our food. Which doesn’t seem like long time but it is to wait in a drive thou. She did not give us sauce because and I quote “ well I didn’t hear it so it doesn’t matter” she was so rude and it was very unnecessary. We were simple trying to get our food and they denied us the option of using the lobby and drive thru. I will be making a repost to the main office and cooperate. Sue was rude and wasted 15 minutes of our time. Our food was cold by the time we got it. On top of that she had a safety spin in her Beanie that could have fell into our to our food and I feel unsafe. On top of that she has headphones in and that disrespectful to the customer that is paying to be there.

Went in on 10-10-2024 at 6:50 pm. The food was terrible. The burrito had hardly any meat. When I went to the counter to ask about the amount of meat, the lady that tried to help me said she would remake the burrito and that she couldn’t take the one in my hands back. At that same time a guy (I didnt catch his name but he was clearly in a fight and had his face beat up) was very rude about the situation and said “well that is a scoop of meat, thats what you paid for” I said look how much meat is in it, it is just sauce and barely any meat with a few shreds of cheese. He grabbed the burrito from my hands while rudely trying to intimidate me by staring at me like he was mad and saying he’d put more meat this time, but next time, I’ll have to pay. After the other lady said she couldn’t take the burrito back from me, I guess he was too mad about the meat situation to make a new burrito like the lady was going to? Then, when I opened my Mexican pizza and saw it and then how it was cold, I just threw it away. It was pathetic and cold, half the pizza was missing sauce, and half the pizza inside was missing meat (go figure ), not to mention how it was broken when I opened the lid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. After reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one with problems here. I know Taco Bell usually isn’t the best, but this is the worst location i been to, and I’m from California. What a waste of money and definitely should hire people with better customer service. But then again, after reading the reviews here, my experience is normal for this Brookings location. ‍♂️ ‍♂️

We came inside and they told us that lobby was closed even though the doors were unlocked and people were sitting inside. The lobby was not supposed to close for another 10 minutes. They sounded miserable and had no friendly attitude. We went around the drive way. mind you- we wanted two Baja blasts and were told we can’t do two seperate orders at “this time” then proceeded to tell us that they have no ice, hence the 1 for food. Lazy workers smh.

I was going through the drive-through, and there was a sweet lady who was taking my order at first, And she had asked me if I needed a minute to look over the menu and I said no thank you, I was ready to order. So I started ordering and I couldn’t quite hear her all that well and she apparently had told me that they needed a minute which I did not hear, so I proceeded to order and then this older employee started screaming through the microphone, saying that they needed a freaking minute, which is very inappropriate, especially since clearly I didn’t hear the other girl the first time. And then when I got up to the window, the older lady who is working at the window, practically threw the food at me, and then proceeded to slam the window shut before I could even say anything. She looked to be in her 60s-70s, I don’t know if she was the manager or not but if she was, I would highly advise Taco Bell to take a look at their staff because that is highly unacceptable. I was not rude at all, I didn’t talk sassy to her or anything, clearly she was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on the customers which is not a way to run a business.

I think I’m done going here. Every time I go thru mess up my order. I get the same thing every time and they always forget my sour cream and the packets of sauce that I pay for. Fast food workers wonder why they don’t get paid more. They can’t even read a screen to get an order right.

Watertown Taco Bell, you’re the only one holding it down. Every other Taco Bell I’ve been to? Total disappointment. The last three ‘drinks’ I’ve gotten in Brookings were nothing but fizzy water with food coloring—don’t even get me started on how you can mess up a Baja Blast. Maybe try keeping the quality the same everywhere instead of making it a gamble

So we are traveling through and decided to have taco bell. My family and I are anxious to get home. So we used the app to order ahead go through drive through. Since we have to separate orders in one vehicle we had to go back around. Mind you we have already paid through the app. Great food thank you TB brand not this establishment or its employees, that serves your food. We did not even get a courtesy i apologize for the inconvenience.

Their hours say they are open until 2am but that is not true. For example, If you are a patron of the hotel across the street and walk over be warned they will not serve you unless you are in a car. Even though the lobby is open (for door dash) and the drive through could technically take your order. This location will refuse you service unless you have a vehicle.
