If you want your complete order, don’t go here. My husband and I have ordered from here at least 10 times in the past year (dine in, takeout, and doordash) they always mess up our order or forget items. While the food always tastes great, the relatabilty of your order being correct or timely is less than sub-par. The self checkout kiosk is nice. It was freezing inside the building while waiting for our food this last time we went. Drive through typically takes forever.

Very upset. Ordered nacho fries but there was no nacho and no sauce—simply flaccid fries. Awesome. Extremely mid soft shell taco and the Baja machine actually is booty. One star for making my cheesy Gordita crunch extra saucy.

Food was honestly pretty good, and the food came fast! It was just the service and the delivery of it that I was disappointed in. I reached for my taco and it was completely out of its wrapping upside down:( Luckily it wasn’t broken, but still kinda bummer to have to grab out of the bag. Also we didn’t get any napkins and I really needed napkins, i’m messy. Overall I’d say I would’ve rather waited an extra couple minutes for my meal to be thoughtfully delivered instead of speedily delivered

Service was quick taco was nearly empty. It’s taco bell I know not to expect much, but this is definitely not much of anything.
Also the tacos were not wrapped. Just put in the bag. Moorhead food inspectors should visit this store.

The Food is delicious ! The woman was very kind and quick. We went through the drivethrough and ordered a bunch of stuff. This is the best Taco Bell that we have found in 10 mile radius.

This location WITHOUT FAIL messes up my order every single time. My cousin has the same issue. This is at least the third time they put beef in something we said no beef. This taco bell is the closest to my house which is the only reason i come here. I ordered a quesarito no beef add black beans and nacho fries. nacho fries came very unseasoned and beef in my “quesarito”. It wasn’t a quesarito it was a normal burrito. I came back, showed my receipt and complained and they remade my quesarito with black beans. It still wasn’t a quesarito but I was too disappointed to come back a 3rd time.

The store is dirty, most of the tables are gross, there’s a bunch of people in the lobby waiting for food and only 2 people working on making food while others smoke outside. As someone who works in the food industry I would hate to see my store looking like this and my employees work ethic like this. However, the food is good and that might be the only saving grace. They also didn’t include the sauces I ordered in the bag.

The lady with the piercings all over her face and red hair was so rude to my family and I just getting a couple 7 dollar boxes. We asked for hot sauce at the window and she made it such a huge deal like “I already asked you guys if you wanted that” which is untrue. And apparently this is a manager. Maybe she should stay in the back and cook the food and put a friendly smiley person up front.

It would be nice if the employees actually honored what is showing on the reader board instead of telling a person that that is an in-app exclusive only for something like a big sweet Chipotle barbecue instead of the avocado ranch. Does Taco Bell is constantly mistreating customers and very rude in the management.
