Food was absolutely disgusting. I haven’t been here in months and now I remember why. Yeah it’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect gourmet food but at least edible would be nice considering the cost. Crunch wrap supreme was inedible. Two bites in and it went in the trash. No crunch. No flavor to the meat if that’s what you want to call the grey substance inside and that’s all the further I went before it was tossed. The staff was not rude but had no customer service kills at all. Just don’t bother with this place unless you like throwing money in the trash.

Placed my order and was ready for pick up at 5:01 online and on the app says that they will be closing at 7pm well they already had the door locked and wasn’t taking any more orders after 5. But they had people in the drive through and refused to fulfill my order. I asked the lady at the drive through how come they can do the people in front of me but can’t fulfill my order that’s already suppose to be ready then she said they were out of stuff and went and go the manager. They then told me I had to call their corporate number to refund my order. I will not be coming back here.

It’s a taco bell, the reason to come back is the reliable people. I’ve never had an issue with an incorrect order and never been given any grief over my order. They’re always professional even if they may be swamped.

This Taco Bell is all right. We went on a weekend and there wasn’t really anybody there. It was clean inside, and the employees were nice as well. We ordered to go and they got one of our orders wrong but we worked around it. Overall, this Taco Bell is pretty good.
We ordered vegan stuff too and they were very accommodating.
UPDATE: This location has now installed a touchscreen ordering system, which brings my rating up to a 5. As someone who often adds and subtracts parts of their order for dietary reasons, this addition is amazing. My order hasn’t been wrong since! The food is good (especially if you eat inside), and the service is decent.
UPDATE #2: This Taco Bell is now one of my usual lunch spots. I order ahead on the app. You get a lot free rewards and deals! I typically order my stuff with no meat and dairy and I’ve never had them mess up my order! Food is usually good, just get what you like and stick with it.

Got our order wrong, went in multiple times complaining and they didn’t want to replace the food so I just brought it back in and threw it in the trash. Didn’t offer any way to fix the problem

Normally I love the spicy potato tacos on the value menu, but these came with almost no lettuce on shoe leather “soft shells”. Unfortunately I won’t be stopping again at this location anytime soon.

Recieved tacos crushed and opened. They didn’t even wrap them so it was spilled in the bottom of bag. My wife and niece and wife said their steak quesadilles had almost no steak. We’re really sick of dealing with poor service at the fergus falls location and won’t be going back. 11:20 am Jan 9 2022
