We ordered some cheese roll ups and one came with no cheese so we called the store and the employee had an attitude by saying I don’t think that happened due to cheese being only on the cheese roll ups and I told him well I can definitely tell you it didn’t. He wanted us to come back to show him but with the disrespect in his voice. Mind you not the first time we’ve had an issue in this store. Our food was poorly made and lacked what we asked for and was poorly wrapped. We called to let them know the next day and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it anymore but when it happened it was a couple minutes before closing so I couldn’t call cause they wouldn’t answer. Staff seems to not want to be there on night shift the only plus side was the guy at the window was nice just guy on phone disrespectful and came with broken tacos and exploded taco sauce packets last time

Dined in, but gave me a to go bag. Also forgot my drink. Had to ask twice to use the bathroom (its a locked bathroom), but got denied. They said someone was in there, but not even one minute passed someone else asked to use it and they unlocked it for her. NO! I DIDNT GET TO USE THE BATHROOM! The same worker that denied me was making out in the front. Also ordered the supreme diritos locos taco. They barely had any veggies in it. Probably the worst taco bells I’ve been to service and food wise. Don’t go here.

I’m not usually one to complain because I work in fast food myself and I know how it is it’s 11:30 you want to go home. I get it. But this place is just terrible from the employees to the food. The gentleman that took my order was nice and welcoming but the person who gave me my food basically shoved the bag in my face. When I asked him for sauce he sighed and just threw random sauces in. I got a cheesy Gordita crunch and the hard shell tasted like it had been sitting out in the open for hours. My boyfriend said the same about his. When he opened his burrito it was so burnt that’s all you could taste and the quesadilla looked and tasted the same. I know my single service doesn’t matter to you but I can safely say I wouldn’t stop here again even if it was my last option. Photo of burrito pictured.

Every single thing about the experience was horrendous! This is the first time I have ever been so disappointed with a TB & I eat it regularly. Placed an online order for pick up at 12:03p. Arrived at the same time as pick up. No greeting, no food ready. I also had to use the bathroom & my S.o. waited at the front counter for assistance to access the bathroom for over 20 mins. Mind you, during this 20 minutes the food was not ready. Not only that but a family who came in after us got their food before us. To make matters worse, the restaurant’s CO2 was out & only non-carbonated drinks but really ONLY water. My S.O. purchased and extra drink for 3.99+ only for them to give him a cup for a beverage that couldnt even be dispensed. During the time, groups of other people came in & order their food & used the restroom & was served before us, even after standing at the counter for ~30mins. Finally at 12:32p, we got our food. The staff didnt acknowledge our presence for 30 mins & made jokes about online orders. & our food sat so long on the line, the shells were soggy/stale. Items had minimal filling.
The overall experience was absolute awful!

Took 23 minutes walked in no one was in the store, 1 car in drive thru. We ordered and then 2 more people came in… Still way too long to get an order out. With how many people working.. at least 5 so still no excuse on why it took so long. Then we needed our drink and 4 minutes to finally have my 13 year old son ask if we would get it only for someone to realize “sorry we are out of that drink” nope but I don’t expect anything more from restaurants in St Cloud these days sadly….

The lady didnt acknowledge us to take our order and a gentleman customer said its quicker to just do it on the screen. We ordered chillies cheese burritos and they put refried beans on them..yuck..didnt like that so after 20 had to throw it out as we were stopping on the way up North. Also we were in a truck amd trailer… we couldn’t make it into the drive through as the turn was to Sharp and to small. There was no way to go around the building so we had to back out 100 yards after pulling in not knowing the lot.

This is the only time I have ordered online from a restaurant and it actually encouraged me to be less lazy and cook at home more.
Swapped one beef doritos taco for beans, it had beef. Also, far more importantly, all the items had next to no filling in them. It was seriously like eating a folded over tortilla with a couple millimeters of ingredients inside.
I am disputing this transaction if the location doesn’t give me a full refund soon. I filed a formal complaint but I’ve heard that Taco Bell rarely responds to those and thinks a coupon should suffice when every pitiful item costs 7 dollars a piece now. Nope.

The worst taco bell. Manager cussed me out for asking why it was a 30 minute wait in drive through. And told me to leave and refused service to me and my boys. My kids were crying and freaked out due to his behavior

Horrible experience. Stopped in around 2pm today 3/01/26. Employees are incompetent and rude. Waited 45 mins for my food after I made an online order and showed up a few mins after they said would be ready. They kept making drive through orders and ignore the people in the store who placed orders. Several other people always waited over 30 mins and many orders were messed up and wrong once they did get them.
