I ordered online and went through the drive through. It was fine until the cook and the person at the register kept staring at me through the window and making comments on my appearance as if I couldn’t completely SEE and HEAR them. Then when they did finally open the window after an awkwardly long time they tell me I look scary. I’m literally just a basic mom getting supper before driving home. It’s a bit insensitive to gawk at an average person and make comments. I’ve had a terrible week in my personal life, definitely didn’t expect to be treated that way after spending money on my supper at this establishment. Completely lost my appetite after that.

I travel often for work and this is the best franchise location I’ve been to. Always consistent and speedy, and the one time the kiosk lost my order, they gave me a couple taco coupons. Jose and the team are super cheery. The fact that they can stay that engaged while listening to the same lobby sound track for a year is astounding XD

had fast and good service but what made me want to make a post was i seen an employee run back out to the drive through to give a customer food they missed. i have only seen this kind of quality service at chick-fil-a and i will definitely be coming back.

Great staff; Food was made to order as expected and I enjoyed my dining experience. Jose, the GM of the store, was kind to customers and attentive to their needs as they came in – he showed respect and gratitude for the employees of the store – the store was clean; everything stocked and neat. Definitely worthy of a 5 star dining experience all around. I hope Jose and his team get credit where credit is due, and not just on a Google Review.

It’s Taco Bell, not fine dining. Still, the service and food was great. Our order was correct, warm, and came with napkins. While some may find that weird to say, getting straws, napkins, silverware and any other accoutrements seem to have fallen to the waste side.
