This Taco Bell is honestly one of the best I’ve ever hit while traveling. It’s always clean, the staff moves quickly, and the food comes out fresh and delicious every time. Super convenient if you’re grabbing something quick while fueling up next door. Definitely worth the stop.

Ordered from the online app about 10 mins away while on the interstate. When we went in at 6:01pm, we waited 30mins and finally just left without our food. This has never happened before at any restaurant. Also, 3 workers were on their phones in the back. Lots of people were waiting for their food. Terrible experience. We are going to try to get a refund online.

We stop at this travel stop every year, and this is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. After ordering food, I waited about 25 minutes without getting my order. During that time, my kids ordered McDonald’s, got their food, and finished eating while I was still waiting. At that point, I decided to ask for a refund.
While waiting, I also noticed some concerning hygiene issues. I saw three staff members start their shifts without washing their hands. I also saw other employees touching their bodies and everything else around without washing their hands, at most, they changed gloves. I never saw anyone properly wash their hands.
This was disappointing, especially since we stop here every year and we live that travel stop.

Obsessed with the chicken cantina anything lately (except hardshell, ewww), today happened to be the quesadilla. I asked for light cheese and they delivered and it was a mighty fine one! Customer Service was just okay, but it was dinner time. I will say I was a bit thrown back by the amount it costs for JUST a quesadilla, almost $9.50! I should’ve just gone with the soft cantina taco, considering I can never eat a whole one anyways, and it would’ve been less than $3.

Placed order on app in my car. Tracker on phone showed food would be ready at 5:24 pm. There were still 12 orders ahead of mine according to the order board. Order popped up as ready but name was not called. Gave them 5 minutes since they were busy. Told person at register. They hadn’t even made my order yet. Received my order at 5:45. Order took no less than 30 minutes to get. Lady in front of me ordered single bean burrito. When getting her food after an excessive wait, she was told the 13 Door Dash orders took priority over all other orders. I realize staff need breaks but I saw three workers on break during this time. This is prime dinner time. Very disorganized.

I dont normally go to Albert lea for food since its 30 mins away from me and its the closest place. But I ain’t eating from here no more. My fiance and kids have craved taco bell a few times and I would make the drive to get it for them, and the last 3 times ive gone I have specifically put no tomatoes on my food. I can’t really eat them without being physically ill, but yet they continue to add them onto my food. I end up just giving my food to my kids and just make myself something to eat. I’d just recommend not going to this place yall want your food a specific way. They obviously don’t read the entire screen. They just look at what kind of food you want and just make it without looking if there are specific instructions. Its not that hard to do.

We were so excited for the return of nacho fries today, but Taco Bell completely let us down. They gave us unseasoned fries that tasted like cardboard, and none of their machines were working properly. To top it off, they gave us a regular burrito instead of the one we ordered. Such a disappointing experience—definitely not worth the hype or the visit. Avoid if you want actual food and service!

McDonalds was somewhat busy(so you’d think there would be fresh food cooking) i ordered a #7(10pc nug meal) and a plain McChicken sandwich w/bbq …she forgot to give me my cup, nuggets and the sandwich wasn’t even warm and the fries barely were.. the place as a whole is very nice..my mickey d experience not so much…step it up mcdonalds your customers deserve better.
