Food half wrapped. I paid for extra cheese, and didn’t even get regular cheese. Pathetic!!
This store used to be good. Not anymore. But TacoBell doesn’t care because we all still keep going back. Im done. Ill never return to this store. Never to any again! It is garbage food anyway. Tastes good, but my own cooking tastes better. These places cash in on being easy and convenient.

At 5pm today feburary 1st I needed a remake because they filled everything half full! And they proceeded on swearing and making fun of me and my family about needing it remade pretty sick when you can’t even take your family out to get dinner anymore considering they were rude at the front counter and said “tell them there are starving kids in Africa who don’t get to try our fries”, then the workers were laughing while I stood there feeling like a waste of time for getting my kid the food we ordered made right and he scoffed and threw it at me and I left and they didn’t even give me the other two bags of chips remade.

It’s Taco Bell, so the food is about what you’d expect. The issue is that this location consistently forgets an item in my order, and I end up having to call. Could be anything, one day its 1 of the three cheesy burritos, another day its both crunchy tacos, once it was the quesadilla supreme, one day they only included 10 of the 13 spicy potato soft tacos, or they missed one of the 4 bean burrito. To their credit, they always make it right.

everytime i go there i get the same thing, they never give me a fork this is the first time i got tacos half unwrapped, and to top it off they have barley any mean on them. they are as thin as the cheese rolls.

First off we didn’t ask for sauce so why is there a huge pile of it on top. My fries were just thrown in the bag upside down. Half the tacos weren’t fully wrapped. My cheese sauce was on the bottom upside down. I get having a bad day but damn. Really? If you hate your job so much quit ♀️

Miserable dining experience today- took my wife and grandson for lunch- we going to enjoy eating inside instead of a bag through the window… after ten minutes of struggling to place an order on their touchscreen system we got our order. They messed up the order and put lettuce on my grandson’s tacos. He’s five and that is a deal breaker in his world. When I tried to get it corrected, the manager insisted on pointing out how the error was actually my fault instead of trying to fix my problem. When I got irritated she ordered me to leave the store. This was about 1:30 on Sunday Nov 30. The manager wouldn’t tell me her name…Taco Bell likely lost a lifetime customer today. Didn’t figure they would notice so I thought I would let them know.

If i could give them a 0 i would. I am just trying to pick up my orders and i have had to go through the drive through 4 separate times to pick up the orders waiting in line each time. the manager is rude and is unwilling to work with us in any way.
