Been here multiple times in person, ordered on doordash, and through the drivethru, not once was at least half of my food almost inedible. Whether it’s cold, an absolute ungodly amount of sauce or cheese (usually this might not be so bad but the chicken quesadilla I got a month or so back was more like a ball of cheese smashed together), smashed, etc.. Never going back after today. Worst taco bell within the twin ports area by far.

This Taco Bell always has nice customer service. I’m a big fan of the spicy potato soft taco and lately they’ve been loading that puppy up, thank you! One time, I was on call with my mom (who lives out of town) while in the drive thru. She said “you’re at Taco Bell and they talk to you like that? I’ve never heard such good customer service at a Taco Bell, ever! They usually sound like they hate their lives.” So congrats for impressing my mother. Too. Keep doing a great job! Your service makes peoples day!

Last time I was heat there was a cook that decided to take a break and creep out my 14 year old, I casually asked this tall skinny guy his name and he rudely said “Cody” well Cody, don’t be an adult at least close to your 30s and talk to my 14 year old CHILD, I DO NOT CARE IF IT WAS OUTSIDE WHILE YOU ARE SMOKING A “CIGGY” LIKE YOU SAID, it doesn’t matter if you’re outside or not like he tried saying, if you’re an adult YOU DO NOT HIT ON MY 14 YEAR OLD CHILD ASKING IF THEY WANNA SMOKE WITH YOU, HELL NOO CODY (native guy maybe 6 ft, has black hair, really skinny, he had no teeth from what I seen and he arches his back as well that the beat disruptive I can give other than he looks native of something along the line of that, but I will NOT tolerate my child being hit on an adult worker her

These people don’t even try! Look at this! I can’t make 1 flipping gordita out of these 3. Also got 1 of the 3 five layers I ordered. Maybe if they weren’t blasting Michael Jackson and concentrating on the SINGLE food order, this wouldn’t have happened. $20 for this muffed up order!! Hellen Keller would have done better.

I have called 4 times now AND EVERY SINGLE CALL IGNORED AND STILL NO CALL BACK!!!!! sense I’ve gotten my food!!!! I spent what money I had to buy good. I excitedly go grab my food! I’m only giving one star because I honestly have to this is sad they hounded us about a remake and it was their fault for messing them up sadly never have we experienced such belittling from a tacobell!
After the remake food was not much improved and greasier than ever!
