Ordered a to go order and everything was trash, please see the attached pictures. For about 5 dollars more you can grab some authentic Mexican food not even 2 miles down the street. If I wanted a lettuce crunch wrap I would have ordered vegan.

Honestly, I love Taco Bell with all my heart however, during the day the food is amazing and I’m like so wow, but at night time like around late pm’s or early am’s the food is really just not that good and the quality majorly goes down. 2 mobile orders only through the drive through window is dumb when you can check it in and hand the 3rd order through the window if I’m literally right there. Wait times can be a little iffy, either pretty fast or kinda slow just depends on who’s there I guess. The worker named Kari there is so amazing at her job, so friendly and just a pleasure to know my food is in good hands

We ate inside and with the kiosks it made ordering easier for those of us that don’t frequent this establishment on what to order and not feel like you are taking to much time deciding what to eat. Overall friendly staff, food was quick and the dining area was clean.

Stopped on a busy Saturday afternoon around 1:30 on the way up north for a quick light lunch at the drive thru.
We tried their Chicken Chipotle Melt for $1.49. Well-it was worth about that (1st 2 pics) and its presentation was a wreck… had to put it back together just to eat it. Taste and flavor were ok ✅, we think it was probably over-microwaved
Also ordered 3 soft chicken tacos that ROCKED and were what you’d expect from Taco Bell! (See pic)
We ordered Cinnamon twists, flavor was great, but they were not long twists – more broken pieces.
That being said; we know there are worker shortages and this Taco Bell in Blaine MN did just fine for us today.

The service here is terrible! They got my mobile order wrong and the employee called over the manager who started immediately being aggressive off the bat. She insisted she didn’t make a mistake and I need to leave before cops are called when I tried to show her the order and explain what was wrong. I’ve never in my life disrespected service workers, it was so uncalled for. Waiting to hear back from corporate on my complaint.

This location used to be good but now is generally poor. I will not return to this location again.
The food is haphazardly prepared more often than not. If it is a to go order it may be bagged carelessly too. The quality of service during a given visit seems to have a lot to do with who the manager is that is on duty. Once in a while things run like a well oiled machine and most of the time in the evenings not so much.

We order a drink only at the kiosk and waited over 15 minutes with no one getting us the drink, not one staff asked us if we needed anything until they gave a order to someone else that they thought was ours that came in 15 minutes after us. We stood at the front desk watching them walk around, fill condiments in back, a worker get food and eat. Did not even look at us so we could ask about our order and no response to us waiting for a long time. Worst service I have ever had at a fast food place.

Ummm I asked for a cheese quesadilla extra crispy with extra jalapeño sauce and they forgot the cheese… I called and the man on the phone said he didn’t believe me since he made the order?? I told him I’d send him a picture and he said “you can do that. Have a good night. If you’d like call a manager.” My friend and I drove 20 min out of our way to go to this location since it was open.. waste of my time and gas money.

Warning do not go there food contamination. I want there to grab some Taco Bell on my way home I got the $9 lunch box and I ate the tacos out of the wrapper and underneath the tacos there was a half torn plastic bag that must have contained lettuce or cilantro or something. It looks like they tore the corner off of one of their supply bags and just threw it in my meal.

Review for the “toasted cheddar” chalupa. This has to be the single worst item I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. One bite just to prove what my eyes told me and then straight in the trash. Surely this can’t be how it was intended to be served. This location is pretty hit or miss on quality. Tonight was a major miss.
