This place needs to be shut down. They don’t get your name correct, they don’t know how to read a food ticket, and hardly anyone here speaks English. I ordered a couple of soft shell tacos Supreme and of course when I got home they were just regular tacos, no tomatoes and no sour cream. All of these people working here need to be fired and hire a crew that will actually work and not play around behind the counter.

Why is that I come here for lunch and all of a sudden the girl at the window is rude, I see her laughing and messing around with her co workers through the window and then finally comes to the window instead of giving me my drink right away like normal , I drive all the way back to work to find that the cheesy double beef I ordered looks like it’s been sitting on the floor for 3 hours, the tortilla is crusty and the meat tastes horrible I understand it’s Taco Bell but I’ve never had an issue with this at this location. Also the drive thru is a horrible experience now with the ai trying to make me pay more money to a company that profited 2 billion dollars last year, if student education is such a big concern to them then they should pay for it themselves.

The food was old, soggy, falling apart and overall disgusting. This is usually our go to spot during the day! The food is USUALLY HOT AND FRESH! Tonight was a complete fail, and disaster. These were supposed to be dipping tacos. One taco had no cheese on the outside. Both were so soggy that when I picked them up the bottom just fell and the whole taco crumbled… They’re usually hot,fresh,crunchy,cheesy,gooey. Everything about this order was bad!!!

15 min wait for 1 item, they screwed up orders of two people ahead of me that also ordered and picked up inside the store. I should’ve checked my order because after checking, they also screwed up mine. I asked for no tomatoes, the one thing I asked for, and there’s tomatoes. Service was very non chalant like the girls didn’t care.

Yeah I have a half filled taco. I go here a lot so I know this was definitely just an accident but I’m still pissed about my half full taco. The picture is my cousins taco vs mine btw.
Part 2: BOTH TACOS WERE HALF FULL. If I open this burrito…. All jokes aside, the staff you had there tonight were great but I am upset I spend 9 dollars for this.

Josh and Jay do an amazing job they make it feel like a warm atmosphere they make me keep wanting to come back even if there is an issue with it being one of the few places being open late I really appreciate how fun they are to interact with at night and makes so much of a difference in choosing where I eat they are so great and they really should get a raise for all that they do Josh and Jay are 100 out of 100 they do an amazing job every time

Employees set temperature in Lobby to about 59 or 60. Just say the lobby was missing snow thats how cold it was. We let the Employee that was taking our order know that we wanted to dine in but his dining room was freezing he said yup ok to go?? and all our food was baged up. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito box and got half the items without a box. We were missing 3 items. They weren’t rushing or anything it took awhile to get our food so I don’t know why we were missing items plus had cracked tacos and had half the ingredients in there. The last thing id like to mention is the Quesadilla that clearly stated Extra extra grilled was not even grilled for its proper time the first time. Didn’t even steam the cheese. Again they didn’t even rush to get us our food, so why were we missing items and also not to mention the low quality food they were serving. I was eating an ungrilled un melted quesadilla. I have pictures of it too. In the pictures you can see we had to eat in the car like taco bell didn’t have a lobby. There were other customers who came in said wholly its really cold and left. I don’t blame them.
