This Taco Bell is super close to my place, just a quick 5-minute drive! I’m there almost every week, and I usually order online, but the food still arrives a bit late. It’s still good, though! They could really boost the wait time, and I’d love it if they could make the cheese, bean, and rice burrito even better. I really enjoy it, but there’s always something that could be improved. Thanks a bunch!

the staff are really polite. some staff at places that suck are like “man screw you i hate being a taco bell employee” which is understandable, but the ones at this location are distinctively courteous and never give me a hard time. they seem a little overwhelmed most of the time, which can mean slow service for in-person people, but it’s off the side of a busy highway and it’s a teeny-tiny location, so of course they prioritize the drive-thru.
i will say, if this location ever started serving cherry pepsi zero, i’d bump my review up to a 5/5. i’ve never seen a location that *did* serve cherry pepsi zero, so i don’t know if pepsico produces syrup for it that taco bell can actually use, but if they ever started serving it i’d gladly bump it up to a 5/5 becaue i love that shit

Went in at 830pm as a family of 6 and were greeted and served in a timely manner. The workers were great and even interacted with my kids in a friendly way. 10 out of 10 would absolutely go back!!!

This locations employees make the food based on how they feel about you as a customer. If they don’t think your cool, they make the serving small as possible. If your cool, they hook it up. Whereas with other fast food restaurants, you get what you pay for. Taco bell has a sliding scale with the quantity of ingredients they stipend out. I constantly feel disappointed with what you receive for what you are spending.

The Earth Stars
This Taco Bell has one some renovating, and the inside of the store was nice. We also went when it wasn’t very busy, so it was quiet, calm, and relaxing. The staff at the time we went were great. They were very nice and helpful.
There is also a kiosk when you walk in where you can start your order. Taco Bell has some of the best priced fast food around! His trip to the one in Columbia Heights tasted excellent.

i have such a weird feeling about this taco bell because if you pick it up in person, your food is going to be amazing (literally some of the best tbell you’ve ever had – freshly made, perfect, etc etc), but if you order it delivered, they will literally pull food out of the trash to give to you. it will be ice cold and stale, none of your customizations will be acknowledged, and pretty frequently, your bean burrito will have meat in it (i’ve had to throw away about 1/3 of things i’ve had delivered because my food has beef in it and i haven’t eaten meat for over a decade). there’s also no follow up for incorrect orders, meaning if you spend $10-20 on a meatless meal that they decide was “meant to have” meat in it, you just have to accept throwing away that money because no one will ever respond to you. i feel really conflicted sending in this review because everytime i pick up an order in person (because they know i can come back and ask for it to be corrected), it’s fr the best tbell in the area, but they have NEVER made an order they know is for delivery correctly and it seems to be intentional at this point

Absolutely terrible.. I ordered the new frank fry bowl, I literally asked if there was sour cream in the bowl they said no. okay cool! I get my food and there’s a big glob of sour cream on my fries?? and then my nacho fries were absolutely disgusting, soggy and the cheese was cold. I was to get chicken on my fries as well and they put ground beef… 0/10 that was legit my whole meal

It’s fastfood, they are kind of stingy with the amount of taco sauce they will give you. I asked for a decent amount of each sauce and I got a total of seven packets. That split between two people is not enough in my opinion.
