I ordered online and still had to wait a while for my food. When it was brought out, I asked the employee for some sauce. She said “you didn’t order any” And I asked if I could go through the drive through since I was already sitting in my car. The most disrespectful service I’ve ever received in my life, this girl looked at me & walked off with so much attitude and didn’t say a word, I have tons of pictures of her and I’ll get it out there.. If you don’t want to serve customers don’t get a job that requires you to deal with people.. She was so, so rude! And when I got home I found out they had shoved the straw in my drink with the paper still on. I noticed the paper when I first got my drink but I thought it was only covering the top which is still gross, like why you opening my straw? Y’all could’ve just handed me my straw, that was very nasty! Nasty like that employees attitude. Just EW!

I would rather drive out of my way and come to this Taco Bell over the one located on Hospital Dr. it’s much more worth it. Better customer service and better food quality. Every time I’ve been to the one located on Hospital Dr it’s been an epic FAIL. I don’t understand how that location can continue to be ran how it is .. they have terrible reviews .

Came here about 9:30 PM And the lady on the mic and window was awesome, super fun, nice and talked like a human, not some corporate computer. Food was correct even specific requests and was quick and out. Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time!
