You all think too highly of fast food places, it’s supposed to be fast food, not a sit down restaurant and chat with the workers
This is the first Taco Bell to make my food how it’s supposed to be. No random sour cream pockets, no missing items, no forgetting to remove toppings. I finally tasted Taco Bell for the first time in its true form ❤️

Here is the quality of food that they served my family. Chicken so old that it is not only nearly black in color, but it is hard as nails. It is disgusting and a food hazard. When I called to complain, the gentleman just said he’d check on it.

Brinley staff clean bathrooms love that there is no front counter. It’s all on this tablet. Take your time to order payment right there and it pops out the window really fast. I think we waited three minutes maybe

Inside is a bathroom to the left, two order kiosks to the right, and the kitchen is forward and there’s a window for pickup. I’m a huge taco bell fan, but it’s just the same food but in different shapes lol. And YES, you can pay cash.

I get it, staffing is hard, and no dining room means no cleaning. But I like to pay with cash, eat inside the restaurant, and actually make eye contact with the people serving me my food. Especially since I work on the road and need a chance to sit in a proper chair.
In addition I’ve always felt that the human element introduces a better experience and a little bit of accountability from the staff when handling my food. Looking through the reviews it seems that this hidden, hands off, backroom experience suffers in quality for these reasons.

Very small inside with touch screen ordering or mobile and drive thru only. Staff was friendly welcoming us in and service was fast even though the had a line in the drive thru 🙂

Accidentally ended up in the mobile lane of the drive-through. The gentleman over the intercom insisted that I drove around to wait again. I asked him nicely to take my order for a few tacos and he said no. That was that I will never come back no respect whatsoever.

Horrible customer service the way they speak to you. The food was stale and hard. Almost like they have been sitting out for a few days. Waste of money! Tossed me stuff in the trash!
