I usually don’t have high expectations from fast food
But when you only put one tiny piece of chicken in a chicken taco there’s certainly some improvements that need to be made
Not to mention routinely living out sauces in orders
The posititive is that the workers here are always friendly and food quality is good outside missing quantities

This place is really a class act! Food is always good but what is so impressive every time is the service. The staff they have working are always friendly, on-the-ball, and genuinely take pride in their craft! Today they went above and beyond to remedy a situation where some ingredients that had run out (which was not the end of the world in the first place). Love supporting this place 🙂

We go here regularly, and service is typically hit or miss. We do have a larger order (for 6 people including picky kids) and there is almost always something missing or wrong, NBD but annoying. Today we got some beans that were completely smashed in the bag (see attached image). Will continue to go here, but figured I’d share our latest experience.

The customer service was horrible, two workers took up the kiosks while they ordered their food and no one came to help at the counter. Had to wait a good 5 minutes until someone came to take our order. They continuously forgot customers drinks including mine and my friends so we had to wait another 10 minutes until someone came over and asked why we were standing there and what we needed. It also smelled badly, like a toilet. Food was absolutely amazing though, I just wish they were more friendly.

This Taco Bell did an amazing job on pur big order tonight 12/14/25. We had so many modifications to our order and they did such a good job! This is the first time we had no errors. Good job! We will definitely come back to this one! You guys rock

Went through the drive thru, lady who took my order cut us off continuously and didnt let us speak, and when we asked for a mello yello, she laughed at us and made fun us. NEVER laugh and make fun of your customers no matter what. HORRIBLE service, Id rather drive to a different town than go to this one. Wouldnt go back again.

I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito no Sour cream and got a soft shell taco wrapped in a burrito tortilla. What the actual heck. Focus on your customers orders coming out right instead of laughing and giggling like you’re at an amusement park.

Mexican Pizza was on the bottom of the bag. You charge so much for the food, I mean like it’s a 5 star restaurant the least you could do is train your employees to never put the pizza at the bottom of the bag only to smash the box with the other food items placing them on the pizza box. The toppings were all over under the box cover. Than the audacity to ask us to round up for students. Maybe your employees deliberately packed the bag this way since I declined to round up. Stop asking your customers to round up your already over charging.

I’ve gone here for around 5-10 years. Always amazing service, clean, great food. The only item they’ve ever forgotten was the hot sauce packets which are free anyway. Last night I ordered door dash and realized one of my items had beef in it (I don’t eat beef). I called Taco Bell directly and asked if there’s any way they could change the beef to chicken and they did! Usually that costs extra so that was very nice of them.
