Standard Taco Bell experience. You order at the kiosks. Inside looked clean. Our food did take about 10 minutes which was a little slow. They were also out of hot sauce.

I can’t even begin to explain how phenomenal the cheesy gordita crunch. I just ate was. I had to call to see who was on the Food Lion and made my taco to Natasha and Joseph, I love you. Keep your heart in this beautiful Taco Bell.

This is possibly the worst-operated Taco Bell I’ve ever attempted to eat at, which is a major accomplishment for this location, all things considered. We tried to use the drive thru. They were taking orders at a rate of one car every nine minutes. We were the fourth car, so we sat for more than half an hour to ORDER. We would have given up, but there is no escape from the drive thru once there’s a car behind you because they placed limestone boulders along the lane to keep you from leaving. We called the restaurant from the drive thru after 25 minutes to beg them to take orders faster so we leave, and the man on the phone said “you know I have orders in front of you, right?” I said “No you don’t there are still three cars waiting to order in front of me.” He ended the call. Fifteen minutes later, I reached the menu. When the same person that was on the phone asked if I would be using the mobile app, I informed him that after 45 minutes of being trapped and unable to leave, I was not going to order anything. He said “OK.” Inexcusable. If you can’t operate the business, shut it down.

Going through the drive thru and had Keviair as our cashier. I just want to say wow!!!! His customer service and professionalism is incredible. I haven’t had the friendly of service in the food industry in a long time. Give that guy a raise!!!

It’s a fast food spot and they get the job done. However, if you order online for in-store pickup, don’t expect to be in and out because your food is behind the counter and they hardly pay attention to walk-ins. But if you opt for drive-thru pickup you might get stuck behind a single-file line of cars. They really take the gas out of ordering online, but rest assured, the gas from the burritos remains

I pull up to the drive thru, a male asks me to hold a moment, and then after a brief moment asks how I’m doing and what I want. I say good, thank him, then order a crunch wrap with no tomatoes. I hear the line crew talking smack in the background about it I try to complete my order but can’t they can’t seem to understand me over the shit talk. I ask them if they know that I can hear them in the background and a female voice comes on and says “Yep”. The original guy asks if I want anything else… Yeah. I left, went to the other Eagan Taco Bell and tipped them $10. Hope it continues to be funny for you!

Got two $7 lux boxes. Was looking forward to the Nacho’s. Without saying anything about it they swapped it for the cinnamon twists, if you’re out of something say so and ask if I’d like a different menu item. Very disappointed. Oh yeah my taco was broken and cold. My wife’s burrito had way too much sour cream and was bursting out the sides with it. To make it worse we weren’t given any napkins to clean up after theat issue. Please look further into the poor service we received to ight. Please address these issues.

Normally the foods pretty good I don’t know what it’s been for the past couple weeks so I get extra chili extra cheese in my burritos and then I don’t get them. And then tonight I ordered two steak quesadillas and a number four combo. I get one steak quesadilla And then that. Who is making the food lately? Normally, you guys do much better than this.

Honestly worst manager I’ve ever experienced in my life. If she can manage to treat me like that in the drive thru I can’t imagine how she treats employees. Haven’t been back in 6 months. I hope she’s gone now and maybe I’ll try going back and deleting this review if she is gone. I reached out to corporate and got no response. I’m sure they have several managers so I’m sure some are fine and I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s career who was not part of the situation. But it’s really unfortunate because I’ve been driving 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes to go to Taco Bell almost every day.

Fast food is suppose to be cheap and fast. At this taco bell, I waited 10 mins for them to start my order and another 10 minutes to make it. Terrible!!!
