Gratefully,Taco bell offers it’s customers a free item from a select menu for signing up for the rewards program. So I chose the 5 layer burrito of course. I was sadly disappointed although free with my efforts. I bit into my burrito and somehow not tasting any other flavors profiles included in a 5 layer burrito. So proceed to open the burrito up to actually see what was inside. Nothing but a flat layer of the meat they use and off to a small corner of open burrito a small hint of sour cream. Unfortunately, they didn’t validate the true offer of a 5 layer burrito. So a warning , check your free otem before leave the restaurant to insure they stood by their avertised offer of the item correctly. If not what it seems ,demand they honor their advertisement in a true nature. I would have devoured the entire burrito if it was truly a 5 layer burrito.

My wife and I stopped at the Taco Bell on Robert Street in West Saint Paul this evening. My wife took a bite of her taco and immediately had a look as if she was choking. She raised her hand as if to say she wasn’t choking but that something else was up. She then began the process of pulling something out of her mouth. It was this large white multi part wrapper thingy. How was it possible for the employee to not see it while transferring the ingredients into the hard taco shell? We went through the drive through without incident. We’d call the store if there was any chance of not becoming more upset and not losing even more faith in humanity. Now I begin the process of alerting the world to this horrendous restaurant. On a far less important note, my chicken cantina burrito was not a chicken cantina burrito. It was maybe a cheesy chicken burrito, or something. I do not like giving negative reviews. This is my first.

I came in all sweaty and excited for the bell and then I get to the menu and they are like, “oh no sir, we don’t have that item anymore” and I panic. My wife is an absolute monster about her taco bell and now, IM RUINED?!? GREAT TBELL, I DONT EVEN WANNA GO HOME ANYMORE CUZ MY WIFE IS GONNA EAT ME.
They told me they had new stuff on the menu and I tried the new things in the parking lot before I got home. The new things aaat Taco Bell are REALLY REALLY GOOD. thanks Taco Bell. I know I’m in trouble but at least I tried new things today. Now I gotta go inside my home.

I only go through the drive-thru and many times they get my order wrong and lately I haven’t really liked the food so I haven’t gone for a while. It’s it’s too salty or something. It gives me heartburn and I I don’t even use anything spicy. I just get mild sauce and anything spicy. I asked them not to put it on my food.

Was in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes with 1 car in front of us. Food was reheated at least twice, (you could see different heating levels in grease in wrappers) and was absolutely disgusting. The toppings on the tacos were a sad, limp and slimy along with the taco shells. We specifically asked if the specialty hardshell tacos, and Supreme’s were reheated. We were told absolutely not. That’s supposedly what the big hold up was to make new food for orders or some b.s. ** Each time I visit TB, I remember why I don’t go there anymore. Quality, Service, and Speed have tanked.** (too bad my memory forgets about the icky food NOW, & only seems to remember the last good trip (( in like 1996)). EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK FRIENDS!!

Waited for the bathroom for 15 min just to find out you need to be buzzed in by a employee. There is a sign on the woman’s but not the men’s and nobody upfront to help and same with ordering couldn’t find what I wanted and waited about 10 mins to get help. This is how you tell your customers you only care about money.

Every time i come to this location, the drive through gives me the wrong order even when I pay extra for substitutions or changes to my order. I never get my receipt or get asked to get any sauces. I always ask and it’s always the same experience.

Stood infront of the cash register for 15 minutes before someone asked me for my order, I had a online order they then told me they had to prepare. Sat and waited for another 30 minutes for my food. Its ridiculous. Not even busy.
