Be wary of some customers especially their kids. They will record you for zero reason without your knowledge while you check orders in store to make sure an allergen wasn’t added before leaving. Service was great and food is always amazing but customers need better respect for others, so the atmosphere was not great.

DRIVE THROUGH— Only 3 stars because the ALWAYS forget the damn fork when ordering a bowl. FIVE TIMES IN A ROW THEY FORGOT A FORK AND GET UPSET WHEN I STOP IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WALK BACK TO GET ONE! Not exactly sure what these idiots expect me to do but I’m not eating a bowl of food with my damn fingers. Don’t EVER tell a customer you can give them a fork at the drive up window when YOU screwed up and forgot!

I come here almost daily for close to 5 years and have never had any serious problems with the place other than quality of the food changes drastically depending on when you show up. Today I came in and ordered my food and asked for the taco to be chicken instead of beef. What I received was a chicken taco that had been originally made with beef then they dumped the beef out and put the chicken on top of it. As a person that worked at Taco Bell for almost 3 years and was a manager at one point I can tell you this is not what you’re supposed to do. The tortilla should’ve been thrown away or set aside in case it was needed for the next order. Instead I received the most disgusting taco I’ve had to eat from here and I didn’t get past one bite. Looks like I’ll be more hesitant to eat here now if they can’t get something simple like that figured out. I’ve included a picture to show what was left on one side of the taco but it doesn’t show what left under the toppings as well.

This location in Eau Claire is awful!!! My kids and I witnessed a so called “manager” screaming at an employee, swearing at him and calling him a “fat ass” to the point he walked out as he should have! NO ONE deserves to be treated like that! It was an awful experience!

New cool ranch taco is great, clean inside but didn’t give napkins in the bag for a carryout order. I would think for a place with such messy food they could at least give one or two.

12:17 May 28 2025 – I do not know who was working the morning/mid shift today but oh my goodness do they need a raise. I’ve been coming to visit Minnesota 3 times a year for the past four years and each time I come to this location I am ALWAYS satisfied. I used to work at TB as a shift manager during high school and college, and BY FAR, do I wish my previous location was exactly like this one. I truly commend y’all. The chalupas and nuggets were perfectly cooked and everything was fresh. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give these employees some sort of actual reward for their work because HOLY CRAP do they do their job amazingly.

I greeted the girl who would take my order. She just stared at me. So I waited for her to either say hello or something. Very ocward. Then she said what would you like to order. I gave her my order and my husband gave his. The food was good and wr ate in. Everything was good except our first greeting. Please teach your workers how to do their job. Greeting a customer should be number one!!
