I will get the bad out of the way, the drive through is always slow. But that is literally the only issue. Food is good (for taco bell standards) people are awesome, the drive thru people always willing to chat because they know its taking a minute for the food. Store has been clean the few times I’ve gone inside. Overall I’m very happy we have a Tbell in town.

Its an average taco bell. The food is exactly what you’d expect. Its good! Just dont expect gourmet Mexican or anything. But you already knew that. I just want to give a shout out to the guy running this place because it seems like he’s carrying this operation pretty much by himself. Ive had great service from plenty of the staff members, most of them are friendly and personable and will make small talk. But I drove up one day and the manager said none of his employees even showed up to work and he was basically running it all himself. How sad. He deserves a raise for not just throwing in the towel right then and there. It seems like this place is constantly having problems with truant employees. Might be time for some folks to be let go.

We did not like the fact that there was absolutely no customer/employee greeting or interaction. We had to order on kiosk…and chose to dine in. Food was done fast, but throughout being there about 1 hour not a single crew person came out to check on lobby…which was absolutely disgusting. No friendliness behind the counter…nothing. I sat there just observing and as a manager of a fast food restaurant I am in complete disbelief of how my experience there was. Shame on you

While the customer service was great, the food quality was trash. I got the 12 pack that came up to $25. I was 7 tacos in and wondering why i wasnt full, when i opened one all the way up i discovered why. Each taco only had about a tablespoon of filling. Im 5’1″ and 110lbs, it should not take 7 tacos just to get my stomach to stop rumbling. This kind of ingredient skimping is unacceptable. The person completing the transaction was great, the person assembling the food needs to be retrained.

Just ordered from here and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The pico de gallo on our chicken fresca tacos was well past date by the taste of it. It tasted kind of fishy. Ended up having to throw them away. Our steak crunch wraps, were only 1/3-1/4 steak throughout the crunch wrap, the rest was pretty much nothing but just tortilla and hard shell tortilla with nacho cheese and minimal supreme toppings. Are quesadillas weren’t cut properly. Had to cut them again myself when I got home. Everything overall was poorly made. I would not recommend this establishment.

Had a great experience! we dined in, we were greeted at the door by friendly staff. The restaurant was extremely clean, everything was well stocked. Food was hot and delicious and a staff member even checked in to make sure if we needed anything while we were eating. We will definitely be back.

I came through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. I got there and the cashier “claims” they had no large cups so even though I paid for one, I only got a medium soda. The cashier showed no concern for the issue either which bothered me a bit. Once I got my food I saw that I had all my food but had none of my sauce packets I asked for in my order. Once I got to my destination and started eating, my quesadilla had almost no steak on it and was drowning in sauce, my steak rolled quesadilla had 1 tiny piece of steak in it, and my soft taco was covered in sour cream on the outside of the taco. Now I get it this is fast food, but I was legit the ONLY car in the drive thru and there were NO customers in the lobby or parked in the parking lot, so there should be NO reason for sloppy service like this.

Brand new and on a learning curve, they were absolutely swamped tonight and people were terrible to them. They worked super hard to get our order right. Keep up the good work guys, we’ll definitely be back!!!

The water tastes absolutely TOXIC! Not sure if that is a municipal issue but please fix this. My tongue and throat burns after drinking the water there

Thought I would travel from Wautoma to Berlin to try out Taco Bell again since we don’t have one nearby. Little bit of a line in the Drive-Thru, which was no issue. The gentleman who was taking the order got everything correct and had a amazing attitude. However, once I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. I had ordered three cheesy and bean burritos with no cheese. Two of them were correct, the third had cheese. I also ordered two orders of nachos and cheese. Got three orders of chips, no cheese. The kitchen dropped the ball. Very disappointed. Especially since the total order was around $30. Probably won’t be visiting again. Only positive was the gentleman working at the window.
