If I could give no stars I would. The WORST experience ever. People sitting in drive thru not moving. Mobile order placed and had to wait for it. People in front of me & including myself were not acknowledged or even looked at–completely ignored. Missing nacho bell grande. Missing ingredients in several items. Nasty lobby. Several cars left the drive thru. Chalupa shells burnt to a crisp-not able to even eat them. Fell apart just opening the wrapper. Such a joke and waste of money. None of the taco bell’s in the area are worth a damn. Do not go here and waste your money & time.

Currently trapped in line at the East Appleton Taco Bell. Nearly EVERY time I come here the line is short yet it takes FOREVER to get through it. Currently been sitting in line for 32 minutes since I placed my order and there are 4 cars still ahead of me. Do NOT get in the drive thru unless you can afford an hour wait. Once you’re in the line you’re trapped and there is no escape! Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in to in my life, but I love the food so much I keep falling for this trap over and over again.

2/20/26 – Absolutely Terrible Experience
We arrived at midnight and saw the drive-thru was open. When we pulled up, the employee working told us it would be an hour wait. We asked why it would take that long, and were told (very rudely) that they were prioritizing delivery orders and were short on staff.
Our question was simple: why keep the drive-thru open if you’re not able to fulfill orders? We were then told they could only take delivery orders. We literally had to back out of the drive-thru line.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. If you can’t serve customers, close the drive-thru. Management clearly needs to address staffing and how customers are treated. Extremely disappointing.

Always so slow here for whatever reason. I can be very understanding working short staffed. But there’s only me and one other car in this line and we’ve both been waiting almost 30 minutes now. I’ve only had maybe 2 good experiences with this Taco Bell, but this was the only one on my way home and the pregnancy craving made me do it ♀️

I literally dont know why people go here. This TB hires people that don’t wash their hands, cough on the food, use dropped food to serve, no hats too some times! I’ve seen all of that, and they don’t even change the frier oil often at all. Turns all black. Don’t forget adding the extra protein called hair to the slop they serve.

These workers hate their job and you can tell. The food comes out sloppy with no effort put in. You literally have to ask for extra beef/chicken otherwise you won’t get any protein at all and then still get nothing on the food product on top of that. Definitely don’t DoorDash or uber, it will come even worse. Like genuinely if you hate your job so much why even work there. Poor food quality all around at this location do not waste your time or money.

Food is good but like most Taco Bells these days it’s slow going to get it. But staff are usually pleasant and apologize for the wait. It is what it is, you know you’re in for a wait but gotta have my taco bell!

I got Taco Bell today, and I was very excited, however I was very quickly let down by it. I had ordered a large Pepsi zero, and i believe I was served a regular, full sugar Pepsi, as I am allergic to added sugar in drinks like this and have since been left with mouth pain adjacent to when I consume added sugars like the ones in regular sodas. I also got a 5 layer burrito, and the meat on it was disgusting. It was rubbery, tastes like dog food, and left me with nausea and stomach pain after consuming. I wish i could get my money back. This was disgusting, and I know these burritos can be much better as I had gotten one from a different location last night and had no issues, and in fact it was the best burrito I had ever had, but this? This was disgusting. I would not be surprised if this meat was expired or had been tampered with in some way, as I KNOW this is not how it is meant to taste.

This place shouldn’t even be able to be called a restaurant. I love taco bell, but I seen no less that 5 health and food safety violations within 5 minutes of being inside of this place. I STRONGLY recommend trying any other establishments in Appleton.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. We were in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and there were only three cars ahead of us and one behind us. There was absolutely no apology for taking so long…in fact, the woman (red hair) was quite pissy and acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. Once you’re in this drive thru, you’re locked in there…so this was extremely frustrating when the expectation for fast food is for it to be FAST. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
