I come to this location quite often. I visited on 02/25/2026. I got the 7 dollar box, 3 Tacos, and a bean burrito. My taco meat tasted bad, my tacos where broke and the tacos stuck to the wrapper. My 7 dollar box food was dry this is the second time in a month I was given bad quality food. I usually enjoy. Your food but, lately it’s been unsatisfying.

Went thru drive thru had a bigger order for the family spent 50 dollars. Bag was ripped and stuff just thrown inside. My taco had all of its insides on the outside making other items wet. Same with the quesidilla sauce being all over the outside of the tortilla and on the wrapper. Such a mess !

I have been coming to this location for years and about 2 weeks ago we ordered and went through the drive thru. Our order was messed up nothing most people would even order so gross. Then we got the correct order and ate it when we got home a few minutes later and everything we ate tasted sour and rotten from the meat, the cheese, and the sour cream you could just tell everything was old and it was reheated back up and put in a bag. The nacho cheese was even discolored. So we decided not to go back there and complain a second time and instead I decided to write this review and we simply just won’t be going back to that one nor go through the drive-thru again. Great customer service skills though which unfortunately doesn’t make the food taste better.

As a former employee, I understand the pressures. I understand the difficulties when it’s busy time and some middle aged woman has ordered half the menu. But when you just kinda… Stand around? Don’t even look at the two people waiting (for over 20 minutes, by the way), or say any updates, that’s when I pause. The least you could do is say “hey it’ll be a bit longer because of so and so” and I’ll be happy. But, it took over 20 minutes after the app said my food was done, and I didn’t get any updates from the workers. Plus, kind of unsanitary to have drinks by the food stations… Person who helped me was kind though. Food slapped.

The food was delicious! We ordered a taco combo, cantina quesadillas combo, and nachos belgrande. Everything was made to order and hot. But the tables had not been washed, and they had no forks!!!!! How do you serve food and have no forks???!!

I hate to say it, but as a Taco Bell connoisseur I was distinctly disappointed. My Crunchwrap was underwhelming and underfilled: we asked for extra beans and got less beans. It was mostly lettuce and tomatoes. The place was clean though.

Stopped here on the way to Minnesota. So very pleasantly surprised to see taco bell so inclusive. I believe all 3 employees at this location are disabled and they got our order to us on time! To the people complaining about this location being slow, please be considerate.

These guys, they work really hard. I’m a regular and they are always fast and accurate with their service. I’ve seen wrap-around lines clear with ease before claiming my food at the window. Always hot and fresh. These guys are killer.

This restaurant has switched to all kiosk ordering, and it is not helpful or easier for customers or employees. It would have taken much less time to walk up, look at a menu and order, all with the assistance of a cashier. It is NOT customer friendly and in fact is alienating.
