Just went there to get food after shopping, haven’t been to this location in a couple months. Went down hill, poor order modifications and just seemed to have thrown stuff in the box and were stingy on the condiments and something’s wrong with their sauce packets. Shouldn’t be this separated. Truly freaking disappointed

This location has progressively gotten worse over the last 12 months. I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore as is but I saw the new ad for the crunch wrap sliders and decided to give them a try. Definitely not worth $9 for what was mostly tortilla. Also I asked for diablo sauce and got fire sauce? This location in particular I’ve noticed has slow service, terrible portion sizes, (I swear they are rationing meat and sauce packets for an apocalypse) missing or wrong items from order, drive thru is a nightmare and the lobby is hardly ever open. Don’t waste your time here.

3 employees standing around while one employee is making food. Five people waiting on orders while the three are sharing a drink chatting. One guy ordered ahead and arrived right before me and I still got my food before him. He was asking one of the standing employees about his order when i stepped in and mentioned the employees standing around. To which the employee responded “do you think you could do this?” I said sure thing. He was surprisingly rude and the lazy employees were assisting the one employee that was actually working. I know good work is hard to find and this was a prime example of it. Food was good but dang. If your being paid to work then actually do it.

Employee was doing god knows what on the touch screen, while I stood by. Absolutely oblivious, was she. She didn’t even look up when she walked away.
The workers are low-level in the service realm.
My order took forever and had no warmth to it.
I couldn’t eat it.
T-Bell is even worse in PDC; read those reviews.

Went to pick up a mobile order and was told the slushy machine was down was giving a Soda instead which is half the cost and no refund. She also gave me the wrong Soda that was requested in replacement, also asked for an extra dipping sauce that I never got.

Possibly the crappiest Taco Bell of them all, right here in la crosse. Pretty much half the items are always out of stock and Elijah in the drive thru will charge you more extra for replacing the beans they didn’t have with rice .

Bought one grilled cheese burrito. Waited ten minutes. Wasn’t even busy. I always get this same burrito ever time I go to Taco Bell. Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten. Tasted like shit. Would rather make the drive to La crosse and get my damn burrito

Me and my sister went through the drive through tonight and had a great experience! The employee working the window/taking orders was so friendly and very efficient. The restaurant was very busy and this employee managed it very well and was very kind to us!
