I just want to say, to the night crew working on 2/16/26 at around 10pm, you’ve done it. After hundreds of visits to Taco Bell, I think I’ve had my best experience. Ordered a box. My grilled cheese burrito (GCB) was perfect, crunchy supremes were supreme (plenty of sour cream), and the service was quick and no cringe drive through interactions (everyone hates that).

I love this Taco Bell. The Holmen location is so much better than any of the area Taco Bells. Plus the GM is really cute so I keep going back (you gotta check him out yourself). Tacos 10/10. Staff 11/10.

My first visit, the taco shell was moldy. The second visit was good. The third, they gave me cinnamon twists instead of nachos in the $7 box, which I didnt want, but there was zero cinnamon or sugar on them.
I called and complained and they didnt offer to do anything about it.

This used to be a fantastic Taco Bell, but recently they seem to have made policy changes that have just cost them a regular customer. Twice in the last week when letting them know I was there to pick up an app order, they’ve had me pull off to the side and wait while other orders are taken and processed. Today, the wait was over 20 minutes while more than half a dozen orders were processed and customers drove off with their food. Over lunch hour. If this is how you treat those who order ahead… well, thanks for wasting my time, and good luck alienating some of your most loyal customers.

Ordered ahead in the drive thru and have waited over 20 minutes for 3 items. The lady I front of me had $30 worth of food ordered ahead and she gets hers just fine. Was told to pull ahead and I’m sitting here while several cars go by getting way more food than me.

Was definitely disapointed today when I went to get breakfast and they informed me that they no longer do breakfast at the Holmen, WI location. She said they stopped doing breakfast about a month ago. Is this all locations or just certain Taco Bell stores? Well they didn’t get any sale from me.

My daughter ordered a bean burrito with no onions and extra sauce at this location she brought it home, It was cold. I opened it up, guess what there’s onions. No extra sauce and the cheese isn’t even melted. As you can tell the beans are crusted, we obviously got the bottom of the barrel. This is the worst product I have ever received from a Taco Bell and this is very unacceptable.
