Ordered 2 crunch wraps, 2 beef and cheese nachos, 2 nacho fries, and a beef cheese burrito
The crunch wraps had everything on one side; I was eating more tortilla than fillers. The nacho fries we cold; they didn’t seem to be cooked for the full time. The burrito was good. Nachos were soggy, but they were not ate right away.

horrible service. food is almost always wrong, almost always thrown together, and it takes forever for them to actually finish it. i did a doordash and it literally took OVER an hour. it wasn’t even finished either before my order was cancelled altogether. pretty sure they either lost my order or that they just didn’t want to do it. i’ll never know. if you like to wait a lot of time for such little satisfaction, this place is for you. photo attached is just one of the MANY instances when the food was recklessly put together.

Worst Taco Bell in the area. The staff are horrible and dead inside, when your food hasn’t been smashed with a hammer, it’s usually entirely wrong. This place used to be really good but it has fallen too far. Go elsewhere.
Edit: went recently, waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, nobody came over the mic, waited 10 more minutes for the person in front of me to get their food so I could leave. Go to Culver nearby and you’ll get instant service by extremely kind and fun people, and top quality food compared to this dump.

Absolutely disgusting. First order- quesadilla, chicken nuggets, and dipping sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets. My quesadilla had tomatoes; doesn’t come with tomatoes. The sauce that came with my chicken nuggets, packet was opened and leaked- seemed on purpose. Went inside, environment was horribly presented. Got my quesadilla “fixed”, nope, wrong again. Third time, quesadilla was right somewhat…. NOPE. Chicken was undercooked. My chicken nuggets ( 5 piece) had yellow in the inside, meet was raw, and some pink slimy stuff inside. DON’T RECOMMEND!!

This Taco Bell is the worst asked a worker to please clean a table due to them all being disgusting and filthy. Worker came out with an attitude being extremely rude and wouldn’t wash off the table that I asked to be washed and went to the other side of the restaurant and washed table off and continued to be extremely rude. The floors also extremely dirty. Men’s restroom is flooded water all over the door with toilet lid on top of the toilet. After the worker went back to the kitchen all worker we’re complaining and talking extremely bad about the customers. These workers all need to be fired. Complaining and saying we only get $12.00 an hour and don’t get paid enough to rush. Is I didn’t have to put a star I definitely wouldn’t put one. Will be contacting owner and manager about this. Totally unprofessional

I look at the reviews and am not surprised in the least they are this horrible. The staff here is absolutely horrible. The girl working the drive through 10/21 at 3:00 says her name is Alex, don’t believe her for a second. As I called the Taco Bell for her to lie about being the manager and to hang up on me. She rolled her eyes at me at the drive through. Was extremely rude when I ordered something that was clearly on the menu but refused to make it. Dave your self some money and do not go to this one until the actual manager does an evaluation on the staff. Look forward to hearing from them as this review will not be my only attempt to ensure this problem is solved..

Updated: Our return visit on 3/19/23 at 2:49pm was worse than our first. Including a dangerous manhole cover in the parking lot. More photos of the disgusting restaurant attached. There wasn’t a single table without visible food on it. We cleaned out own. There was a total of 6 customers in there at the time. I only saw an employee once (orders are taken using the kiosk), and we couldn’t even hear our name called. We just went up to see if it was on the counter.
Rating lowered even more, accordingly.

When we walked into this Taco Bell location at 12:16pm on 10/23/22 there was no one at the counter. After waiting for 6 minutes with 3-4 young guys working in the back (within sight of the counter), one guy peeked up and said “You can start your order on the kiosk” and then walked away. We didn’t want to use the kiosk, but now we felt obligated. The floors, tables, and chairs were some of the stickiest I’ve experienced. Everything looked nice, however. When our food was ready they called our name, and then left to the back again. No one asked if we needed anything else, or waited to see if we got everything. The food was delicious. There was no departing greeting from staff.

This taco bell must have had only I person working the night I was there.. drive thru backed up three or four customers inside. Took like 45 minutes to get my box deal and then it didn’t even come in the box… Love the food just not this taco bell.

Tried to get food around 5:45 pm and was told that there was a 30 minute wait on beef, Chicken, or steak. Not exactly sure how borderline the entire menu goes down during the dinner rush, but that pretty much sums up this location.

This restaurant is disgusting. The tables are dirty and the floor underneath the tables is filthy. It’s so impersonal, we only saw the person who brought the food in a bag. The bathroom was gross! The lack of cleanliness makes the dining experience undesirable.
