Usually when I go here service isn’t very well and wait time is terrible. But today I was met with very enthusiastic and exciting worker Matt Savage I believe was his name. He did a great job of conversation and lifting the atmosphere. Very cool guy and made the whole thing better. Of course the food was good as well. Overall just great service from this guy. Really made me see the place a little better.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is extremely slow. Noon on a Sunday we are the only people in line. I’m seriously concerned about what is going on inside there. We are getting 6 tacos…. 6. We have been waiting at the window for 15 mins now. Very upset. Good thing they gave me my drink first I’m almost done with it now. Hope I don’t need a drink when I actually get my food. ☹️

This place doesnt even deserve a 1… Employees were talking loud and obnoxious in the kitchen. They disnt have really anyone in the drive thru or inside and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. It wasnt even hot! It was put together really sloppy. It was really cold in the dinning room. Whoever owns this Taco Bell should be ashamed. Honestly, corporate should revoke their license. You are better off driving to the Onalaska one. I never get sick from Taco Bell food, but may from this place. If the owner or managers read this…. DO BETTER!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes, just to get to the window for them to tell me that they had to cancel my order. Are you serious. If you’re going to cancel orders of starving people who sometimes have to wait hours in your line, you should at least walk outside to notify them before they get to the window. This has happened on multiple occasions too. They told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did just for them to do the same thing and cancel my order AGAIN. 2 HOURS WASTED AND STILL NO TACO BELL. I have worked in the food industry so I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with orders but canceling on people who have waited so long is just unacceptable. It’s something i would never personally do if it’s extremely busy. Disgusting service. This specific Taco Bell either needs to hire more people, or replace the people they have with better workers. STOP CANCELING ORDERS OF PEOPLE WHO WAITED 30+ MINUTES

Showed up over an hour before closing time and waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes only to be told that unless I was picking up a door dash order I wouldn’t be serviced and couldn’t place an order. I understand short staffing and etc. I deal with it at my own job but if you’re open you should be accepting orders or else please adjust your hours. I’m not sure if this is a failure of corporate or local management but turning away sales during business hours is very poor service and a waste of everyone’s time.

This Taco Bell needs to fire their employees they are the most lazy kids I’ve ever seen. They can’t even do anything. I’m so serious. I walked in to get my to go order stood there for 10-20 mins not a single employee talked to me even though my bag of food was sitting there ready. there was a worker trying to fall asleep at the drive through head down on the desk and everything, other employees were swearing and I could smell weed they were very obviously high. Every single time I order from this SPECIFIC Taco Bell the whole order is messed up I’m honestly surprised only the taco shells and sour cream were wrong. I HIGHLY recommend you do not go to this one. The Taco Bell on Mormon coulee is 1,000 times better.

Literally, the softshell is wet. The meat is wet. Looks very disgusting and not able to eat the other taco look like it didn’t have barely any meat with water down something. I cannot believe this I a lunch break.
What is going on, talk to the assistant, and she said that they watered down their meat and I said not that watery. she then offered for a couple of tacos, but just wanted a refund scared to eat there who’s working in the back.

I’ve ordered the deluxe cravings box 2 nights in a row around 1am and have been given incorrect orders both nights. The first night I was given 2 chicken quesadillas after they ran out of ground beef and offered to give me steak as a substitute and tonight I was missing an entire taco/chalupa… not sure what the problem is but not being able to eat dinner until 1am sucks.

This Taco Bell never asks for replacements. I ordered 2 beef burritos, and they had no beef left. So they gave me chicken without asking or confirming with me. I cannot eat chicken due to an allergy. This Taco Bell sucks all the time. Do not go here!!

I would have to say this is the laziest group of workers ive ever seen in a faat food resteraunt. They put 0 effort into getting out food in a timley manner at all. There is 0 effort into making the food. 0 stars. Will never recommend. Theres even what looks to be a store manager/owner who is just letting it happen just insane.
